well I may not be the brightest bulb on the tree but I'm not lazy I have looked trying to find these answers there are so many threads in here is almost impossible to find answers to my questions. have you ever tried to find an answer in one of these threads? if you have found an answer how long does it take you to find the correct answer? and if your answer to that question is no you have not tried to find an answer and these massive amounts of threads then what's your problem with me?

Urm I don't think they do as often as you think. The system is set up that after a period of time a thread will automatically close when nobody has posted in it.

As far as customer support goes. There is very little of that. You'd think in a help forum there would be. But no, other members try to help where they can.

I do think they should change the name from customer support. Because they don't.

DH staff usually delete threads in the bottom forums that yeah talk "costumer service" or the site. Also, I usually end up deleted or suspended when I create threads like these.

well if they want to suspend me or delete my account that just goes to show how insecure that they are. they are supposed to be here to offer us support when it's needed and I have gotten very little if any so far. all they do is just tell me which thread to look in to find my answers and I will go on find my own answers.

I agree & I think when you report a problem to customer service, customer service should reply back & tell you what customer service is going to do about the problem instead of deleting the message without a reply.
