I'm getting a message that comes up saying that there is a new version of Malwarebytes Anti Exploit. I'm wondering if this is a virus, as I don't have this program, just Malwarebytes... I'm just wanting more information. There was a warning that came up when I went to download it that said it could potentially harm my computer.

Check the site.
Its part if the suit.
Look into the actual malwarebytes program and you should see anti exploit.
While you're there make sure you have the most recent patch from malwarebytes.

Thanks. I called Dell today and they did a major cleanup on my computer and removed it. It would ask if I wanted to upgrade automatically and when I would click cancel, it would pop up again and again. I had some other things that needed fixing anyway.

It works fine for me. It respowns another version to scan at the the same time. It is not a virus. Well at least on Linux (or android). Have not looked into the windows side of it as I rarely use it unless under a through a shell.
