Get in line. I'm havering the same issue. You meet someone and get talking and the woman really likes you and stuff then somehow health comes up I say I have Ms and she totally like freezes and attitude changes and doesn't want to continue on with you anymore. That always hurts so dam much too the point I rather stay and be alone cause what that woman said really hurts. We are still human. Noone can catch Ms from someone.I wont lie to her because I want things to workout but is it worth lieing just to have someone in your life. I miss the companionship and everything. Being alone sucks and hurts. I'm sure if I didn't have Ms I wouldn't have an issue meeting someone.

Welcome Jose!!
I have both physical and emotional problems to deal with so I sometimes ask which would be more of problem.. If they say emotional, I can automatically rule them out because I've been in therapy for many years. If they say physical, then I would have to ask what kind of physical problems because mine aren't visible.
Bottomline is, don't we all need someone with compassion and understanding who will be there for us and we for them, during good times and bad.
Anyone who presents themselves as not having problems, may not now but will someday. Then what?!
Don't give up!!

I keep in touch, as long as someone responds to me. It's interesting how "family" will only be there, when they want something. I don't hear from any family I'm related to. Sometimes, family is what you make it - friends!

It happens that some can't handle the flaws in others and quick to point yours out, keep in mind so far your stronger then them because when it got down to it, they are weak. That's why they go.

Those who can't handle flaws in others, should spend a couple days in the adult daycare center I attend. There usually are between 40-50 people there five days a week, all with a disability of one sort or another. Despite their conditions, they are always happy and cheerful and very seldom, if ever, complain. A lot of "Normal" people should take lessons from those people on being grateful about just being alive and accepting of others who aren't "Normal"...
