Been three times this time first time severe headache ended up getting a spinal tap second time back ache that turned into full body pain third times severe jaw pain I'm home now and its still not gone like ten rounds of it and two like lower tabs it didn't do much better of anything but they thought it was my heart they ruled that out now they say it was an anxiety attack makes no sense at all the sent me home with phsyic meds antibiotic Pain meds and that's all you would think they would do everything to get rid of the pain but nope sent me home still in severe pain

Last reoccurring headache I had was cured by foot reflexology Know it sounds crazy but was dating a nurse who specialized in it, and it has been years since I have had one. Have the books for it and dabble in it but not that good yet.

Accupressure point for headache is the web between thumb and index finger. Apply firm pressure down into the web between the fingers, for a count of 60. Repeat in 3 minutes 3-5 times.

What area of the head hurts? What type of pain? Ex. throbbing/squeezing, pressure, dull ache, burning, etc.

a dab of Vicks Vapor Rub on both temples......it cures headaches, unless, more serious probelm...vicks cures all...I use it for all sorts of minor health issues.....

I went to health central one time and I say one time because after that I will not go back. They want to treat people like a restaurant and just hand you something and kick you out. The facilities sucked and so did the manners of the staff that work there. I can honestly say I will never go back there and I would rather die in an ambulance on the way to any other hospital rather than go to health central because if I go there I would probably end up dead or missing a couple of limbs because some idiot doctor fresh out of medical school read the wrong chart or some other stupid stuff like that. Sorry you had a bad experience with that place but I would consider it a learning experience because I prefer to go to Florida Hospital in Altamonte because those people actually know what they are doing.

I have a huge bruise from where they took blood from the side of my arm by my left elbow and spot where the IVs were that the pulled skin off or I had an reaction to the tape same shape as the sticker they use to hold the iv in place I'll share the pics if u wanna see I just don't know how to do it on here
