Aside from being allergic to them.. I'm working on going gluten and dairy free(hard coming from a childhood of cornbread and chugging a galleon of milk a week.) Sugar is the hardest for me to give up. Yeah.. My family is a bit of health nuts, but I've been told that I look healthy.
Anywho.. I've found that going organic, and giving those up(for the most part) has helped me lose a few pounds. Along with exercise, of course.
If you're up for a challenge, it may be worth a shot. Thought that i'd throw that out there.
Take it or leave it, best of luck to ya either way..![](/s/tchin-tchin.gif) ![](/s/thumbsup.gif)

while there ARE gluten allergies, i feel like 90% of the people in this area who CLAIM they are allergic to gluten, are not really allergic to gluten, they're simply eating not-so-excellent foods that while they DO contain gluten, they contain other preservatives and ingredients that are the true culprits of weight gain or lethargy, and in turn blame gluten.
