You can also just search the xda forum's for 'one click root' or 'towelroot', make sure after you root to update Su (chainfire on play) and install a recovery (twrp or clockwork), install an updated version of busy box. Boot into recovery and back up the system in case you soft brick your phone. Search for 'odin' and read carefully (useful for bricks). Sorry I did not put in a ton of annoying emoticons. Luck!
