my boyfriend broke up with me two days before christmas...he said it was because he could no longer deal with my insecurities and that i really didn't love him like i said that i did because i wouldn't give him something that he was supposed to get from me however i ended up giving it to him...he will talk to me during the day but does not talk to me at night anymore and we slept together yesterday...what should i do

I hooked up with a guy I met on line, on valentines. I thought we really hit it off. I went out with him again, and spent the night. I thought everything was great. He text me 2 days later, and said he was no longer interested! Now you see him, now you don't! Really hurt my feelings. Lesson learned!
