Its all in how your start in life is. What you were taught as children. When we kids got too loud, we were told to nip it....have respect for others, and if we didn't, we got a whipping or some other punishment. But I had a friend in So. Cal. who wondered why a group of blacks were so loud on a whale watching boat....he said, hell, we can see they are here, so why attract the attention? So...you have a few possibilities. they weren't taught to be quieter when others are around and have respect for others...as children. Or most really hate whites and just want to bother them, when they have a large enough group to feel they can get away with it. Our "in general" society in the past had some strict standards in how to be civilized, when the rights movements happened, the Presidents we had at that time, didn't emphysize that to get the same rights as others, they'd have to be at the same standards as the rest of society, who had to earn their rights, by acting right....which in the long run, didn't help the black community. But, I can't say these days, that traits still remains with most black or not. and I can't say the white kids these days are taught the same values and standards as we did in the past either.

They could be picky and short at times but hey they are paying good money so I expect that. We have had educated whites who where obscene, rude, crude, total a** holes. We have more whites then black clients so hard to get a good perspective. But in general I would say educated blacks behave better then many educated whites. Just my take!
