got a dell E5500 lap top and nowhere can I find add and remove, went to the control panel and nothing in there has add and remove, any ideas?.Thanks.

Seeing how your having to learn a new os and really will be if you move to win8... maybe you should consider moving to a more powerful free operating system... a system such as Linux...
Instead of being limited to only 4 gig of ram utilization as with windows... Linux will utilize all you installed memory... you never have to deal with optimizing you drive just to attempt to gain some speed back like you do in windows... and many, many other advantages from switching to Linux...
As if those few of many feature were not enough... how about the fact that Mr. Gates is part of the depopulation plan... he's not only a GMO supporter he's also an investor... he also invest his time in Mercury preserved poisonous vaccinations... as well as many less than desirable activities...
I just can't image while anyone would wish to help Mr. Bill's agenda let alone use his bs of an operating system...
Really, you should try Linux out... it's very well supported with regular updates for free...

I do the Linux thing because it is the only way I can keep up with the constant upgrades on a limited budget.

Are you looking for uninstall program? On windows 8. I can go look on 7 if you want
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features click on the program name and uninstall word will light up
