I love making homemade pizza or from scratch home made chicken and noodles
I have made so many home made pizzas and yeah my own versions of chicken soups. I use barley mostly to thicken them, more healthy than noodles!Or mash up cooked vegs to thicken the soup! I know just my preferenc is thick soup,not runny stuff

Speaking of Soup Gals!!How about this I recently made a Lettuce soup,,,,,,,believe it or Not,,,,,WOW! Yumm
I found this recipe on line and OMG, so yumm! I used up all of my leftover lettuce for this, I had two heads of romaine and partial of Iceberg lettuce! I boiled all of it actually almost steamed in a few inches of water! When lettuce was tender I ran it through my food processor, then add a few cans of chicken stock or chicken bouillon,,and then taste and spice as you like! It was such a freshing soup, homemade anything Is Always Yumm! But My first time for a Lettuce soup,,,omg,.wow

I love homemade soup.
Potato is my favorite with a grilled cheese.
I haven't had time to bake anything in a while since my birthday cake.
I'm deciding what I'll be baking this weekend. Cooking and baking are so fun for me.
Possibly leaning toward cookies to make for friends unless something else jumps out at me to sound good.

Ohh Yummm, next time I make a romaine lettuce soup, I am putting in shrimp! And another time I might try the pepperjack cheese. Thanks for the Idea! The only reason I thought about a soup was I had so much lettuce and no way to eat it all. So I found a soup recipe and it was great.

I make all my own homemade soups and gravies salt free, from scratch. Love making soup.
I made strawberry cakes and cupcakes tonight. It was fun.
I like making meatloaf, pizza, noodles, pot pies...my most favorite is decorating homemade cakes. So fun. Once I get all my tips and bags ready and my icing homemade then it's play time

I love barley and vegees. Yum. I'd never thought of lettuce. I put cabbage in vegetable soup though.

It also makes a nice enchilada too
Little butter
Lettuce
Shrimp
Enchilada seasoning of your choice
Onions
tomatoes
Peppers(optional)
All cooked together
Doesn't need to cook very long
Throw in your cheese
Wrap it in your tortilla
Top with more cheese
Sauce or salsa
Some sour cream
Your taste buds will smile

That sounds good except no shrimp or sour cream for me.
My tummy can't handle anything spicy, but it sounds good.
I've been in the strawberry cake mood. I made strawberry cake for my birthday and gave it all away to friends. Then I made cupcakes and gave them out. Then I decided I was still craving strawberry cupcakes so I made more today lol. It's been my thing lately. I'm almost out of the strawberry cake notion for a while. I sure had a craving for it for a while lol.
Growing up noone liked strawberry cake but me. I wasn't happy to have to make what the rest of the family wanted lol. So now I can make my birthday cake all strawberry instead of half and half lol!
