Do you think people are born gay or do you think it is a choice?
I have about 8 lesbians in my family that proudly admit they are lesbians. Most are butch. I always wonder why? No males, all females.
My belief is that I've never heard a Christian stand proud of being gay. Maybe Christians who have involved themselves in gay acts. My belief is to say your born gay is like saying God makes mistakes. So many lesbians..Everywhere!! I think it's Satan work. That's my belief.

I love libyan...I mean lesbians
They are fun and want the same thing I do.
I do not like bisexual men.Keep Aids and other diseases away from the women I want to date.
I do believe people are just born witha certain belief or desire.
Gay people really dont bother me other then they want special treatment for being gay

Oh they don't bother me Dave. I love them. They are my family. I'm just curious how so many came from 1 family. I don't agree with it but I do love them.

I have no problem with it. You are attracted to who you are attracted to. If they aren't trying to change your life who cares?

I think people are born gay or straight. (Guess bi fits there some of the time.
Someone being gay doesn't bother me. I want to have a romantic relationship with a heterosexual sexual male.
God loves gays too.
(Some people interpret the Bible as saying drinking alcohol or dancing is wrong. )

That's still don't answer my question. Do you think people are born this way or choose to be this way? 8 lesbians in the same family. All my brothers and my dead sister all have 1 female and all are butch lesbians. My cousins who are sisters, both lesbians. 2 sisters?? 7 years apart.

I believe it's a choice you make as you get older.I mean a newborns thought process can't be that developed yet in my opinion.

Maybe it's the Universe@ Work,
Heaven or Hell ~ That's it ?
For the universe~ ~
Could there be a mental capacity among us that is not written down with quill and paper ¿
So I dont think Society should dictate someone's thought processes,
Especially when we don't understand them ourselves!
Peacefully, of course,

Interesting opinion thread and yes I have one..
I played travel softball until I was 23 and well over half were "butch" types..we hung out at a gay girls fraternity and we all kinda talked about it ever so often...
Hence...
I believe that many of the butch type had some type of traumatic experience in their younger years..some abuse was sexual other was the dynamics of their parents, such as disliking a cheating mother or an overly abusive parent ...with a small percent believing they are a male stuck in a females body.....as for many other women they chose to join this groupand/ or find butch women attractive because they themselfs are liked for their character more than their looks and sex that man might be interested in.
I like the gay community...They are a pretty strong society....

Thank you all for your thoughts. It's good to see all the views. I know it's a touchy subject, but I have my thoughts and was curious as to what others thought.
Even with 8 members from my family like that I still think it is a choice.

Let me throw another group in here. A group of people that say "I was born like this," "I can't help myself," child molesters. Is this not also a sexual choice?
Same concept. Most child molesters will say that they can't help being the way they are. What is the difference in that sexual deviance, and homosexuality? Except that molesting a child is a crime?
I believe it is something they choose but they tell themselves that they have no choice to make themselves feel better.
It's a lifestyle I'm not interested in participating in, but to each their own.

Gay folks say I was born this way actually not they have been told and taught in therapy they was born that way to help them feel normal and fit into society . Thus been repeated over and over accepted by many as an excuse
FACT there is no DNA Gay gene
FACT the human body can be stimulated by either sex .
GOD created man made women
When you read the Bible and study it you find Adult Fornication Sex with animal and same sex men with men and women with women it's All a Sin
What's not talked about is the evil of man ( humans ) doing these acts there's are verses saying God has allowed them into there minds ( upon request message me I'll locate the verses I referring to for your reference )
GOD didn't make a mistake man ( humans ) has a freewill mind
Personally I don't agree with Gay marriage however when it comes to gay folks I've had gay/ lesbian friends and Co workers treat them as anyone else as long as they don't come on to me I'm fine
It's a Sin that simply put so is murder stealing ect ect ect
GOD will judge one day
