I really have no idea for I only use Linux... however, I did look your problem up and these were the few answers to your question... don't know if these will work or help but one can always hope...
Try this one first...
ctrl and alt and the down arrow and its fixed...
Next give this one a try... =)
Right click on the desktop > Personalization > Display Settings > Advanced Settings
You may have to poke around a little bit depending upon your driver, but look for rotation settings.
Good luck
And last there is this one...
so my computer did a screen flip every thing was upside down i pushed control alt f3 and arrow key to turn it. it works its fast too.

You could just turn the screen (your flat panel) upside down. Problem fixed! =) ~P
I don't use Windows past xp as I can run that in a window on Linux. Best of luck though!

Hi. This happens a bit at where I work. It's a short cut key that can rotate the orientation of your screen.
Luckily, you can switch it back to normal. But it depends on what type of PC and video card you have. So hopefully one of these keys will work on your PC:
CTRL + ALT + (arrow key in which direction you want it to go)
or
ALT + SHIFT + (arrow key in which direction you want it to go)
hopefully one of the above works for you. If you can, right click on the desktop and select "Screen Resolution". Then next to Orientation, select the orientation you'd like to happen using the drop down and apply the setting.
Hope this works for you
