Go to a dentist. He/she will give you antibiotics if it's impacted. About 10 days doctor can work on it and save it or extract it.
That's your choice.

^^^ There is a cool place called a dental office if you have a tooth ache. They'll hook you up. (and if you ask, they will give you a blast of gas.. )
I wish I knew then, what I knew now, when I was 30. I really believe that my epiphany occurred about 49 - 50 years old.
