I had to have a partial hysterectomy 4 years ago that put me in menopause and I was only 34 at the time.female doctor done lab work last year and told me I was officially in menopause and I'm 38 now. I have the hot flashes, mood swings etc but can't take hormones cause I have seizures. Congrats on your daughter's news.

Menopause can start in your 20's. I was having symptoms when I was 29. By the time I was 39 I was missing periods. I think I had my last one when I was 41 or 42. Now I'm 51 & I still have hot flashes. Very annoying because 2 minutes later I'm freezing.
Get used to dressing & undressing.
If anyone has found anything that works for hot flashes, please enlighten me.
Congrats on the baby news!

The average age for women to enter perimenopause is the mid to late 40s, full menopause is when your cycle completely stops... usual age is in 50's.

I was 29 myself. DoTerra essential oils has a blend called Clary Calm, that is all natural blend off essential oils, not hormones. Message me if you have questions about these and other essential oils as I am a wellness advocate for DoTerra.
