It should be legalized and sold by prescription for medical purpose in different variations. Under an ounce should not need be prescribed Too many people are in need of the medical benefit. If I knew someone that was in need of it I would buy it anyway, legal or not. The people that are suffering most from not having access are children and the elderly. Fine for carrying weed should be no greater than carrying an open bottle in public. Too many have paid way too high of a price for such a simple thing.
