Hi I'm Tasha and I'm really working on studying my weight loss journey. I'm currently 5'3 250-255lbs and carved out 3 days a week to work out. I just started Monday and will be exercising every MWF until I can handle 4 days a week. However I can't seem to do more than 20mins each workout before I feel like I'm about to die. I see tons of people working out for 30mins to even hours at a time so I've been a little disappointed with myself. However I've never worked out at this weight and was wondering if it's normal to be this short winded at this size? Does it get better? I really hope in the next two weeks or so I will notice a difference in my stamina.
I'm also eating 1250 calories a day and only drinking water.
Also with the information given, is there a time frame to which I should start seeing results in my body?
