PROBLEM: Though there were war games scheduled, there was no missile launch scheduled (despite claims) AND HERE IS THE KICKER: According to the "experts" on various forums, Trident II missiles have a red flame, and Russian ICBM's have a stunning blue flame. And this ICBM had a stunning blue flame. However, if Trident missiles burn blue after separation, it could explain why the videos are blue if no one caught the launch before the first stage separated. AND HERE IS THE KICKER: ITS TRAJECTORY APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN ONE THAT WOULD HAVE MADE IT GO OVER SIBERIA/RUSSIA AND INTO MAINLAND CHINA. Figure the odds for that one. America would not test fire an ICBM on a trajectory for Russia! Even if this missile really was American, the fact one got fired at all, at $31 million a pop for the type claimed, would send an ominous message. And what was the schedule for these war games? A recent analysis of data collected by the Kepler space telescope has shown that this star, informally known as Tabby's Star, evidences aperiodic dimming of 20 percent and more. While several natural explanations for this strong change in luminosity have been proposed, one possibility is that a technologically adept civilization has built megastructures in orbit around star, causing the dimming. One example of a large-scale astroengineering project would be the construction of a so-called Dyson swarm of solar panels for large-scale energy collection. Other possible structures include artificial space habitats, or a planet-size or larger occulting object intended to provide a long-lasting signal to other galactic inhabitants. In order to investigate the possibility of a deliberate cause of KIC 8462852's unusual behavior, the SETI Institute has trained its Allen Telescope Array on this star for more than two weeks. The Array consists of 42 antennas, each 6 meters in size, and is located approximately 500 km north of San Francisco in the Cascade Mountains. Two different types of radio signals were sought: (1) Narrow-band signals, of order 1 Hz in width, such as would be generated as a "hailing signal" for societies wishing to announce their presence. This is the type of signal most frequently looked for by radio SETI experiments. (2) Broad-band signals that might be due to beamed propulsion within this star system. If astroengineering projects are really underway in the vicinity of KIC 8462852, one might reasonably expect the presence of spacecraft to service this activity. If these craft are propelled by intense microwave beams, some of that energy might manifest itself as broad-band radio leakage. "This is the first time we've used the Allen Telescope Array to look for relatively wide-band signals, a type of emission that is generally not considered in SETI searches," said SETI Institute scientist Gerry Harp. Analysis of the Array data show no clear evidence for either type of signal between the frequencies of 1 and 10 GHz. This rules out omnidirectional transmitters of approximately 100 times today's total terrestrial energy usage in the case of the narrow-band signals, and ten million times that usage for broad band emissions. While these limits are relatively high - a fact due primarily to the large distance (>1400 light-years) of KIC 8462852 - one should note the following: (1) The required transmitter power for the narrow-band signals could be reduced enormously if the signal is being deliberately beamed in our direction. (2) Microwave propulsion schemes would undoubtedly be beamed as well, and that would also reduce the minimum transmitter power necessary for detection by the Array. Finally, note that any society able to build a Dyson swarm would have access to energy at a level approaching 1027 watts. Even omnidirectional transmitters would be detectable if only a tiny percentage of this energy were used for signaling. "The history of astronomy tells us that every time we thought we had found a phenomenon due to the activities of extraterrestrials, we were wrong," notes Institute astronomer Seth Shostak. "But although it's quite likely that this star's strange behavior is due to nature, not aliens, it's only prudent to check such things out." Observations will continue, but so far no evidence of deliberately produced radio signals has been found in the direction of KIC 8462852. That is why China did nothing when Clinton ordered the 'mistaken' (ha,ha) bombing of the Chinese embassy during the Kosovo campaign. BTW - This is 2015. Fleets are obsolete. (Luna is one of those bases). (Alternative 3 was the recommendation by the Jason Society to exploit alien and conventional technology in order for a select few to leave the earth and establish colonies on the Moon and Mars). As part of the Clementine Project and Alternative 3, equipment would have been sent to the moon to set up a mixed human - alien base, called Luna. Jared's story is unique in that he was an earlier Super Warrior prototype, involved in time travel ops, though not via the "Montauk chair as was utilized in Andy's case (and other Montauk Boys). Jared alleges that he is now rogue, and that his controllers can no longer access him. But more accurately, it is "David" who has actually gone rogue, stopping the would-be controllers dead in their tracks. Jared cannot fully control or be aware of what "David" does, making life unpredictable for Jared and his former "secret government" controllers! Jared was sent into the Viet Nam War to be tested under a variety of harsh war conditions and black ops-which he later realized when his memories started flooding back in 1986, causing severe stress. At that time most of Jared's memories pertained to his involvement with several teams at Bien Hoa, the Air Force Base stationed 24 miles north of Saigon. Primarily, the individual doesn't recall these incidents or have control over these situations, continuing to be "accessed" for whatever purpose their controllers have in store for them. Most do not become totally "free", realizing later they have been taken and used all along because memories may surface years later. If the mind control is effective, most persons involved in these secret lives do not remember being used at all. The ones that are remembering, I believe, represent the tip of the ice burg-and we need to start listening to them. I interviewed Jared over a period of several weeks. Some strange incidents occurred throughout this time, including Internet e-mail interceptions, phone static and other anomalies. The Day After Roswell Thedayafterroswell.jpg The Day After Roswell is an American book about extraterrestrial spacecraft and the Roswell UFO incident. It was written by United States Army Colonel Philip J. Corso, with help from William J. Birnes, and was published as a tell-all memoir by Pocket Books in 1997, a year before Corso's death. The book claims that an extraterrestrial spacecraft crashed near Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 and was recovered by the United States government who then sought to cover up all evidence of extraterrestrials. The majority of the book is an account of Colonel Corso's claims that he was assigned to a secret government program that provided some material recovered from crashed spacecraft to private industry (without saying where the items came from) to reverse engineer them for corporate use. Corso was a Special Assistant to Lt General Arthur Trudeau, who headed Army Research and Development, and was in charge of the Foreign Technology Desk. In this position, he would take technological artifacts obtained from Russian, German and other foreign sources, and have American companies reverse engineer that technology. The book contends that several aspects of modern technology such as fiber optics and computer chips were developed by using information taken from the craft. Colonel Corso also claimed the world was "at war" with extraterrestrials and that the Strategic Defense Initiative project was part of that campaign that was successfully concluded in Earth's favour.
