I have a flopping belly that I never had before in my life. I hate it! And I do exercise for it every morning too but it makes no difference. Should I try to lose weight from a size eight to a six? Why can't I keep my size but some how lose this belly? I want perfection! Haha.. Thanks.

Healthy eating and exercise both are necessary and will work if you stick to it...I let myself go in my late fifties but dropped 60 lbs in way less than a year when I realized I could no longer hunt and fish the places I wanted. Eating apples and riding a bicycle 20 plus miles a day was my secrete. Joining the gym actually put a lot of muscle weight back on me, but allowed me to do so much more now!!! In many ways

Thought about them when I was fat and it was so hard to climb up the bank in Alaska to pee...not hard to climb now...just plain hard with all the additional blood flow
