Atheists do not have religious beliefs ..... they simply reject accepting the religious beliefs of others.
Why do you find it so hard to understand that?

I don't believe in space aliens or ghosts ..... seems to me that aliens may exist ..... think of all the systems in the universe ..... the chances are that another planet may support life ..... but I won't believe that until it is proven with evidence that aliens exist.
Why do you find it so hard to accept this?

Whew.... I am glad that you defined that, OP because I was under the impression that an atheist did not believe in God.

Who says atheists believe in aliens,,bigfoot,,ghost and things like that?
Did you just make that up?
Do you have ANY idea of the problems with the Noah' Ark story?
You can be sure that there are plenty of thinking Christians out there who don't believe the Noah's Ark story.

Atheism merely denotes a lack of belief in God/s and doesn't dictate what else an atheist may or may not believe in. However, I think it unlikely that many atheists would believe in ghosts or Bigfoot. Do you have a source for this claim? Alien life is a different matter. If life can arise on earth, then it seems reasonable to speculate that, given the billions of galaxies endowed with stars having planetary systems that exist in the universe, life must have arisen on some of those planets.
These speculations cannot be compared to a literal acceptance that Noah's flood almost caused the extinction of all terrestrial life on earth a mere four thousand years ago. We know for a fact this didn't happen because the genomes of animals and humans would indicate if they'd suffered a severe population bottleneck in recent history, and they don't. Also, we know it would be impossible to gather together two (or seven) pairs of all terrestrial species and carry them and their food on a boat for seven months. Bear in mind that all the carnivorous animals would require meat, which would mean carrying and feeding huge numbers of their prey species. And a boat that size would have broken up and sank anyway.

I just finished watching a programme where comedian Andrew Maxwell takes four UK born creationists to the US to meet some evolutionary scientists and see if their minds can be changed. It was quite good. Jerry Coyne and Donald Prothero are among the scientists.

Jerry Coyne discusses Noah's Ark at 14:28 in the video. The debate is quite heated. I read on Jerry's and Donald's blogs that their contributions were edited and cut down quite a lot, which is only to be expected really in a programme of this kind.

..... think of all the systems in the universe ..... the chances are that another planet may support life ..... but I won't believe that until it is proven with evidence that aliens exist.
It's good that you won't believe about life on any planet until there's evidence. Because it looks as if there may be none.....
"The fine-tuning necessary for life to exist on a planet is nothing compared with the fine-tuning required for the universe to exist at all. For example, astrophysicists now know that the values of the four fundamental forces—gravity, the electromagnetic force, and the “strong” and “weak” nuclear forces—were determined less than one millionth of a second after the big bang. Alter any one value and the universe could not exist. For instance, if the ratio between the nuclear strong force and the electromagnetic force had been off by the tiniest fraction of the tiniest fraction—by even one part in 100,000,000,000,000,000—then no stars could have ever formed at all. Feel free to gulp.
Fred Hoyle, the astronomer who coined the term “big bang,” said that his atheism was “greatly shaken” at these developments. He later wrote that “a common-sense interpretation of the facts suggests that a super-intellect has monkeyed with the physics, as well as with chemistry and biology . . . . The numbers one calculates from the facts seem to me so overwhelming as to put this conclusion almost beyond question.”
Theoretical physicist Paul Davies has said that “the appearance of design is overwhelming” and Oxford professor Dr. John Lennox has said “the more we get to know about our universe, the more the hypothesis that there is a Creator . . . gains in credibility as the best explanation of why we are here.”

What a load of crap!
Lets place 100,000,000,000,000,000 numbered ping pong balls in a very, very, very huge container ..... shake it up thoroughly ..... and have someone select one. The chances for that particular ping pong ball to be selected would have been 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000 ..... but it was the one selected.
It is ridiculous to look back on it a few days later and say that it is impossible that that number was selected without the aid of a god.
Think about it, Walt, you're not that stupid.

Still doing the fake-psycho-dance I see. Why don't you save yourself some time and effort & just list all the psychiatric labels you know, then declare that all the labels fit all believers, and be done with it? Or do you just like to hear yourself psycho-spout?
