Poor non-arguments. "None of the parameters for evidence that Darwin named have been met." What does that even mean? The strongest evidence for evolution that Darwin discussed was from living species, and the changes that can be wrought by human selection. Darwin also discussed fossil evidence, and the evidence from geographical distribution of species. Evidence from new fossil finds, DNA and genetics have only borne out Darwin's theory and solved some of the questions Darwin was unable to at the time. For instance, Darwin speculated that whales could be related to an ancient species of bear that took to swimming and eventually became adapted to an aquatic life. Now we know that whales evolved from artiodactyls — an order of cloven hooved animals with 220 living species, including pigs, giraffes, deer, hippos, antelopes and camels. DNA evidence shows hippos to be the whale's closest living relative.
"The dogma is that there must be evolution because there is no God." This is nonsense too. Science doesn't comment on whether or not gods exist. Supernatural beings offer no falsifiable evidence and so their existence cannot be tested by the scientific method. But evolution is falsifiable, and evolutionary theory is subject to constant testing, which makes it the opposite of a dogma. All it would take for evolution to be proved false is for the fossil of a human to be found buried with the dinosaurs, but nothing like that has ever happened. Darwin's theory continues to be upheld by the evidence more than 150 years after the publication of On the Origin of Species, and looks unlikely to be disproved anytime soon.
Many moderate Christians accept evolution, which further disproves your friend's assertion that evolution must necessarily rule out the existence of God/s. All evolution does is rule out a literalistic interpretation of Genesis, which isn't a problem for many educated and intelligent theists. The mindless dogmatism is all yours and your friend's.
Your friend's assertion that under a a naturalistic and mechanistic view of the universe "then there are no human values, no human beings" isn't borne out by any evidence either. In addition to creating physical traits, evolution also endows both humans and other animals with rules of social behaviour, which humans with their large, language endowed brains and enhanced mental capacities refine into morals and values that can be discussed and improved. I don't think whether or not we are machines operating deterministically makes much difference here. We have a strong illusion of possessing freewill, even if we are machines.

The pinch test doesn't work. You could have a dream you're pinching yourself to test you're awake but in reality you're still dreaming.
It's these kinds illogical and irrational approaches the religious reply upon. If God or Jesus spoke to you in a dream then when you wake up you think Jesus actually spoke to you.
Then again, you may have hallucinations while you're wide awake and come to the same conclusion.

I read some of the comments following '....you may be in s dream, or hallucinating...' There is communication taking place between all of us...am I to really believe that evolution never took place then and tgere is no God - all claims of existence is not real? What classification should we place ourselves in if we are not here/wherever? Are we placec in the underworld ? Even we are placed there, maybe even there proves existence.
