There was a guy near my neighborhood making his own fireworks in his two car garage..lol
and there was a loud explosion and neighbors found him lying is the driveway in a meaty, pile of flesh...
and some of his remains landed all about the neighborhood...on roofs, yards,cars etc...

I knew the BRAC committee devastated this area, but I saw today more of their effects. I was by Military Circle so I went over there. That area is now a ghost town. Used to be so busy there wasn't much room to walk any time they were open. Now the businesses were boarded up. Only a couple of stores still there. And that is the active shopping area left. Chesapeake Square mall went into foreclosure back in April.

between Taco Bell and Chick-fil-A, you would think Chick-fil-A would have the strictest internet access agreement for customers, but Taco Bell won't let you go to hardly any site. Definitely not DH, but Chick-fil-A will. there are a lot of business sites it surfed me off of as well

I already pay $15 a month for the city of Tucson to pick up my trash and take it away. No need to pay whatever it is to take a peek at DH "trash". If they really wanted to meet me the could have emailed me. (Even if my profile states only if you live in Tucson AZ area) Yeah basically no winning for these guys.
Craigslist...good idea. I was thinking I might want to get robbed or murdered soon.

An old employer wants me to come back 6 months after our heated argument. Left a message on my voice mail yesterday all sunny and breezy and shit. As though our spat never happened. I found out a little later that he doesn't have a senior carpenter left after 2 more walked away from him. He's out of crew bosses now.
Maybe that'll learn him to listen to the opinions of the guys who actually get dirty and do the job for a living.
I like where I am now and the kind of work I'm doing again. It's been too long since I could say that.

Stopped at the Kroger on my way home from work this afternoon. Started raining while I was shopping. I was tying the little plastic grocery bags shut before the dash to the truck when someone pulled up and parked in the fire lane next to the store and in front of the door. This middle aged person got out after locking up. Jogged(jogged mind you) inside, grabbed a scooter cart and proceeded into the store to shop while using the handicap vehicle.
