If you want a car to impress women with, get a classy classic. A Daimler Empress with a Hooper body works well. For 'just the two of you' type outings, in a sporty vehicle, try an MG-PA. Of course, nothing beats a hand built SJ Dusenberg. Such cars look good, feel good, and stand apart from the crowd.

The Empress has heated seats, and more. If you know how to drive, and park, you don't need sensors. If you are that addicted to tech, why have a car at all? Just sit in front of the computer, or game console, and tech out. Cars are for being speedily transported in style, and comfort, and luxury. You can play video games after you get where you are going. Let the chauffeur handle the navigation.

I buy cars wherever I can make the best deals. The Benz had a $60K sticker, and I bought it for $40K. New car prices are mostly a fiction, and you'd be surprised prices you can negotiate given good timing and Cash!
Anyway, the new Lexus body style is horrible. Only f*gs like them like the OP. The local dealer just can't get rid of them. I'd bet the OP has to give weekly blow jobs to unload one!

that's a laugh....I can take half of what you paid for that new and buy various collector muscle cars for the same and some for half as much.
Or a nice low mileage 2001 vette z06 and have tons of money left over.
Or drive a good used civic and put the rest into investments.
Its a poor investment and will be worth $3500 in ten years, if that.

A new car will depreciate 20% the first year and 15% for each of the next two years.
The average age of cars is 11.5 years. Cars sales are hitting a record with over 17 million. People buy new cars not to make money but to have a reliable ride plus they like all the gadgets.
Old cars have tons of problems the main one being rust. I'm in the process of restoring a 1971 280 SL:
The picture isn't the actual car. Anyway, the restoration will cost close to $100K. The job is being done in Germany. There isn't any money to be made in doing a restoration, but in the case of this car, there weren't many made made. Collectors are buying them regardless of condition and doing complete restorations. Recently one in perfect condition sold for $200K.

mEH....Lexus styling is pretty bland. The SC isn't a bad looking car. This one looks like designer Tupperware.
They are engineered well I'll agree, but no manual gearbox in the ones w/ decent power is just blah. Not to mention every little Affliction greaser has one with bad rims & worse music.

you have no idea what it's like to be driving along and have someone wave at you or give you a thumbs up or holler nice ride etc. almost every time you drive somewhere...
i do everytime!
especially in the area i live...
i get waved at all the time...
and have to apologize to people
because there is only so many times i can remember to wave
especially something that looks just like every other rig on the road!!!
if i go to college towns or cities
it gets even more intense...
