the problem is you don't see that it's a double standard imho. let me explain further.

whoever is a certain age, and feels that it's normal and ok being that age is just about all on the planet imho. Yet, they don't want to be passed up or discriminated against based on the fact that their age is the same as someone who might be interested in them too. that's crazy to assume that someone who is the same age as you is somehow not as acceptable to you without knowing them at all imho.

I like younger women, but do also include older in my age range. simply because a person's age doesn't say anything about a stranger at all.

preference is i like vanilla, more than strawberry ice cream . but i love ice cream in all sorts of flavors. i will eat another flavor even if they don't have vanilla.

i see women who say they don't date white/black men just because they are white or black. that is not preference, that is racism even though they say it's their preference.
