What an interesting situation we have here! The Obama Administration is going to replace Democrat Andrew Jackson's picture on the $20 with the picture of a gun-possessing Republican (Harriet Tubman). And they predict Republican opposition! Oh, we are the party of the racists! They forget that it was Democrats who supported slavery (how many slaves did Jackson own, or their other hero Thomas Jefferson?), and the Republican Party was established for precisely the purpose of abolishing slavery.

Republican Harriet Tubman on the $20? Damn right I'm for it! As should all Republicans. One of our own will soon be on the $20.

I'm not against it but I'm not for it either. If they can change Jackson they can change any one or any thing, maybe take off "in God We Trust". I would love to see Reagan on some form of currency, but who would you take off.

What with stuff being more nowadays, it only makes sense to come up with a large denomination bill. A $200 bill would help. Put her on that.

Never happen. The ultimate goal of democrats and rinos is an entirely cashless society. Eventually, all transactions will be electronic. That way, "Big Brother" will know our whereabouts, our life style, and even our political leanings. Any transaction between friends, neighbors, co-workers and family members will become government information. Big Government will also have direct access to our bank accounts. How convenient! No tax forms to fill out! Big Brother simply takes what he wants! Refrigerator empty? The old Chevy need a transmission job? Roof leak? Kids need new shoes? F**k that! Uncle Sam comes first! The $100 bill will be phased out first, then the $50. Eventually everything. Any existing "loose cash" will gradually become worthless. Turn it in to the government run banks before a certain date, or use it for a** wipe. Want to donate $100 to the NRA, St. Judes, the Cancer Society or your church? The government will decide to allow the transaction....or not.

Good point. Europe there are countries gone cashless already. Others won't let more than $1000 cash transaction. Hell, that's just a food trip to the market.

You're right. And in those countries, and I believe also in Japan, they now have "Negative Interest Rates". That's right. You, the bank customer, pay the bank to hold your money. Why do that? For "security", obviously. Where else ya gonna put it, under your mattress? And guess what, if you want to withdraw a large amount, you have to stretch it out over several months. Of course, the government gets to define what a "large amount" is. $275.00?

They will have negative here too, talk about it. Heck I get .5% on one saving up north and .15 down here. There is a journalist went into BA to withdraw $1200 or so. They asked him why, went on and on. Asked him what denomination. He said $100 bills. They had ONE in the entire bank.

I don't always agree with Glenn Beck, 99.5% of the time I do agree with Mark Levin. They both have been pushing buying gold and silver for a long time now. Maybe I should consider buying a few hundred pounds of the stuff.

He should have just asked the nice lady at the bank if she had any idea what good hookers are charging these days. She probably would have had no more questions.

They checked his records (great) after telling him people use the money for illegal things and they had to know. He told them none of their business and do they know who he is and has 400,000 readers. He wrote the article too.

Damn, too much for a hooker. Old WW2 vet once told me if I wanted a hooker, jerk off and then put the $50 back in my pocket. Good advice.
