Yes SANDY it is hardwork and dedicaton but I have to say it is nice now to go to the gym and have the guys support and congratulate me when I succeed at a tough lift. For the next month we are on a new workout to shake things up and it is a killer.

I remember when I ventured into the "guy" area in the gym of bench pressing and weights. I got the look and smirking, assuming I was there to flirt..after 3 months of squatting, lifting etc. they saw my dedication, and accepted me and would offer advise and encouragement. It's awesome to be badass!!

You may want to go to a local herbal store. Not a chain. The chains hire anyone, more of the locals stores have people knowledgeable in herbal medicine. I got relief from the several months long headache with feverfew. I don't know specifics about your pain, noe do I know what you can get local, but your local herbal store may be able to help.
FYI, Sugar and processed foods help the pain continue and grow in most cases

They do, I'm a chronic pain patient from breaking my back a few year ago, one of the fragments from the T12 disc that was crushed embedded in my spinal cord and caused nerve damage. I keep hoping they'll come out with something to enable me to get off the pain medication, I hate taking it. Unfortunately I can't get the spinal cord stimulator because of the amount of metal and scarring. Anyway my point, the laws make it very difficult, if you accidently lose one, if they are stolen like happened to me last year when my home was broken into or if it's not in stock at the pharmacy u just have to go without which in my case because of how extreme the pain can be, debilitates me.

Geez Ity, I'm so sorry..I can only imagine the pain. I know back pain is suppose to be the worst..How did you break your back?
I try not to take too many meds. Usually do the herbal remedies etc. thx Gurnsey

A month later I was moving with a Uhaul pulled over to have someone else drive, thought I had put the truck in park but hadn't so when I went to step out the truck rolled & I landed directly on the end of the spine causing the T 12 to be crushed. I was very lucky the neurosurgeon told my Mom if the fragment had embedded 1/2 inch higher I'd be a paraplegic. God was truly watching out for me

Wow..that is so much for your poor body to go through. Yes it is a blessing you are not a paraplegic.

Thank you everyone, I view it as I'm very fortunate there are so many people out there that have it much worse, besides I have a pretty high pain tolerance. I'm like that commercial says, I take a licking and keep on ticking. I'm just thankful I'm able to work and not on disability.

I have been in some very violent situations in my time with some severe bodily harm, but I am still here.

Well after my daughter losing everything to her apartment burning up. Due to just getting clothes out of the dryer. Throwing the basket of clothes. On her sofa she leaves for work. Gets a call awhile later. Her apartment is on fire. Thank God she had insurance. She lost everything. Well she just got a townhouse all new furniture. She's handled the whole thing like a champ!

My finger should heal (I hope). It was horribly bad with 2nd-3rd degree burns earlier last week. Doc told me I could possibly lose it had it gotten more infected. Damn it hurts but healing I hope! Major pain but strong antibiotics.
