Letting go of someone is hard, trying to let go of those feelings is not only tedious but agonizing. I'm trying to make a positive out a few negatives.

A friend in need's a friend indeed,
A friend with weed is better,
A friend with breast and all the rest,
A friend who's dressed in leather,

A friend in need's a friend indeed,
A friend who'll tease is better,
Our thoughts compressed,
Which makes us blessed,
And makes for stormy weather,

A friend in need's a friend indeed,
My Japanese is better,
And when she's pressed she will undress,
And then she's boxing clever,

A friend in need's a friend indeed,
A friend who bleeds is better,
My friend confessed she passed the test,
And we will never sever.

They're awesome. I've had em in my back. Hopefully it lasts. They usually do a series to help them last. They only lasted about 2weeks on my back, but lasted a long time on my shoulder

There have always been the cyber slurpers...

This is to remind the heads of the DH Supreme Ethics Committee Madusa and MissGioia ( the two old lying cu*ts ) that "I" finally fixed my problem being able to block again and did so regarding Heather 2 days ago. In short, I control no one and never did as I have no need to discuss this any further having made my point...therefore you two dumb hags should just STFU even privately trying to gain support as you did in the old days. I left Mr123's thread and have not the one who is carrying on the drama.

Before you hypocrites try to lecture Me, Mercedes and others you hate for exposing your BS with no facts I strongly suggest you educate yourselves first on how to act, especially psychotic trolls like Korb and Sparks who you tolerate and support for your own benefits as long as they lie and bash members you can't stand. All they do is bump bashing threads and instigate fights. I further suggest seeking psychological help ASAP for your personal and social issues as you're both fuc*ed to the extreme and stop giving advice as if we should respect your fat asses.

I've had this problem in the past and so has many cyclists who have fallen on the pavement during a race or track. In most cases cortisone only works in mild to mid range cases to remove inflammation or friction and only if you apply other measures to heal ( ice packs, rest, slow range exercises, etc ). Still it really doesn't repair the damage and the next time you aggravate the shoulder the pain can be worse needing more cortisone. Unless you're extreme needing surgery it's better to just control the situation and remember the pain can also be due to injury arthritis that has set in and unrelated to the tendon. I only know 2 individuals who had the surgery...one got about 50% better and the other got worse pain and problems breathing. Some low weight lifting techniques help to strengthen the area under supervision by a sports Dr or acupuncture which was helpful.

Also more sex.

It is different from patient to patient but 3 to 4 weeks seems to be the average.

Deep injection to the exact point of injury.

Steroids are supposedly more effective as a healing agent when the injury is relatively new. When it's long standing then they use lidocaine. If that doesn't work or stops working they might revisit using steroids.

Yup,
I've had my SI joints revisited, my back revisited(about 4 times).

But as I said when the shoulder surgeon did mine, it worked like a charm, and I had 2 tears; he used steroids and lidocaine in unison. Good shit man

Ahhh. Thank u frank. This good to know. I go bother my doctor with stuff I learn lol

I know with cortisone shots they only allow you to have 3 of them maximum. so after that youre kinda screwed which is f**kered. I do physio on mine constantly since I broke the darn things but every now and again one pops out and it agony for a damn week til I get it back in again. Left one is worst. Ill have to get two little tears fixed eventually. Not fun. I never realised how many little parts there are inside one shoulder joint to revolve it til I feckin busted it. Sick pain .

Harley,

I was lucky to have only smaller tears in my left shoulder; but I had the mother of all tears in my right shoulder. I had to have surgery on that one. I don't want to scare you, so do not take this wrong, but it was the worse surgery I've ever had as far as pain goes, and I've had 3 back surgeries. I've talked to a lot of my xray patients that have had the surgery, and they feel the same.

BUT, BUT, BUT, after therapy, my right arm is stronger than it was before the injury; and it made all the difference in the world.

Hey, if it wasn't for the surgery, I wouldn't be here on DH. I found the place while I was off work and rehabbing it. I remember coming home from PT and pulling up a seat at Carbon's bar. That was so much fun back then. Sigh

Yes he does too, during lunch with his parents we kept giving each other the stare, it would have been akward if I wasn't still so aroused. Parents seemed tickled by it, by our chemistry I mean. There was this strange silence between the two of us, with long gazing. And he would put his eyes to the plate, and simple this half smirk, there was definitely an air of shyness on his behalf
