I CALLED my Attorney State General to find out about those fines - because my mortgage has been sold to one of these low life predatory loan "servicers".
See, that's now how "they" (mortgage banks) got even shadier. They've now brought in a THIRD party:
- 1st Fannie/Freddie
- 2nd Mortgage Bank
- 3rd Loan Servicers
Loan SERVICERS do not have to follow the "ethical" (lmao) laws that were put in place so these crooks couldn't F us over again.
The mortgage bankers (crooks) still hold interest (investment money) on your mortgage, but now they just pay a bunch of flunkies to lose, misplace, sit on your payment, etc. thus causing a default.
I've never been late on a payment, not in foreclosure, but since my value just spiked all of a sudden these fools can't seem to get my payments correct. (Go figure???)
So I hired an attorney. Basically "SHOW ME THE NOTE".
They're scrambling now. I hired a forensic auditor AND went to my county recorder, etc. These crooks NEVER recorded my note (a big no no). Plus they've already missed the deadline on my ERIR letter - that's $4,000 for me right there. When they miss the next deadline, another $4,000 - & I haven't even gotten these fools into court yet. So far that makes 3 corporations listed as defendants. But now I got "greedy" (lol) so I bought stock in the corporate investors (under the SEC) who owns these fools who own my mortgage lender who pays the servicer. I'm naming them as defendant #4. ("show ME the damn money!")
Not only did I sick the County Attorney on them, I also got contact the State Attorney General involved.
I'll email all 50 State Attorney Generals before I let "bailout circa Round 3" come around.
In my tiny tiny town, skipping recording fees for properties on the entire county amounts to 100's of 1,000's of dollars. This state, millions of dollars. All 50 states, billions of dollars.
If I single handedly have to bring these crooks down all by myself, I WILL! I'm sick of this sh*t.
Yet 46% of you morons are willing to let these crooks profit off your hard earned dollar all over again. I'M NOT!
You fools are gonna sit by & pat the orange dude on the back, while I'm going to be suing his billionaire buddies. There are beginning to be groups of us all around the country.
So when we're done putting a stop to this BS, you can thank US LIBERALS for saving your stupid butts from the next "billionaire bubble".
My goal isn't money. They have far too much & fines don't hurt them. We're pushing for PRISON this time around.
Fines go right back into their "Treasury Savings Account".
The Donald wants to "drain the swamp"? My plan is to "drain their corporate savings account".
That's OUR money, people.
I don't know if you don't care or your just too stupid to get it, but I care & I get it - & I'm gonna get what's owed to me.

The J()()'s own the Federal reserve bank. The J()()'s have been running the government.
The J's loan to the J's and the J's borrow from the J's.
And us citizens just keep paying ever increasing interest! What a deal!
Herc you are starting to sound like that idiot Longbobby now!
Do you always give him a reach-around like that!

Typical liberal tactic---when youvrun out of logical arguments, resort to personal insults.
Drwookie, if the Social Security Administration has any other assets except verbal IOUs from the U.S. Treasury, please let us know what these assets are.
That goes for anybody---please let us know if you are aware of any assets the Social Security Administration owns, other than the verbal aszurances of the U.S. Treasury.
Typical dunce tactic, when they want to seem intelligent, blame liberals and ask questions they are too stupid to find for themselves.

There are several types of bankruptcies. The corporate bankruptcy that Trump's companies files were a "reorganization of debt". A project goes sour and does not make the profits expected, so the judge reorganizes payments to the creditors that are manageable.
A company I worked for did that and kept everyone employed and the company stayed afloat.
Honorable more I would say.
Of the 515 companies that Trump has, only 4 bankruptcies, is a smart businessman.

Nuffan, you say: “They [the American people] got too old to work and became a burden to the tax payer...That is why Social Security was created...”
Nuffan, Why? Why should senior citizens become a burden on the tax payer? The Constitution, which enumerates the powers of the Federal Government, gives it no authority to provide Americans with retirement pay. None!
Cinnamon, I see you are having a meltdown over Obama’s financial policies now that real estate problems are slapping you in the face. Welcome to the real world. Obama has set us up for another housing crash, and this one will be the Mother of all crashes. See the link:
http://nypost.com/2016/03/12/obama-is-setting-us-up-for-another-housing-crash/
Cinnamon--newsflash--you just don’t make huge loans to people who do not have the income to pay it back, no matter how Black, or illegal, or deserving you think they may be, especially when we are standing on the precipice of another great depression. Oh well, Liberals, such as yourself, have to live and learn—or die. I hope that when the great, great, economic crash comes, the big one, you have the cash to pay the loan off, otherwise they are going to repossess it, and then you can wave buy-buy to what you have paid into it.
You’re “pushing for prison” for the corrupt Banksters this time? Country club prisons? I got it. They’ll enjoy that. A step down from what they are used to, but better than jumping out of high rise windows like they’ve been doing—it’s a long way down.

Fish, Herc is correct, the Illuminati, the Banksters, are Satan worshiping, apostate, Jewish Billionaires, who recently bragged that they control the governments of Europe and America (they control these Government through their puppets in the Masonic fraternities, of whom Obama is one). Where our resident Muslim apologist Longbobby goes wrong is equating the Illuminati and the apostasy of the Jews with Zionism and with Israel, and equating the Talmud with the Jewish Old Testament. These are totally different things, and he knows it. God himself is a Zionist, he gave that land to the Israelites, and one would have to fight God Almighty himself to take it away from them. "Those who bless Israel will be blessed and those who curse Israel will be cursed", says the Lord God.

I explained this earlier...at the time when FDR created The Social Security Act the federal government was already spending money on seniors...and that amount each year was growing out of control...
To cover that area of annual expense they created Social Security...
Since it is clear we are never going to throw them to the wolves for not saving for retirement...then better to create a way to fund that issue so people pay in while able so they can draw from it when no longer able...

Nuffan, if it’s unconstitutional, it’s unconstitutional, then and now. And as already pointed out, half of all men never drew from it, because they were dead by the time they reached the designated age, yet they were forced to pay into it. Where’s the justice in that?

It was a brilliant idea that worked...
You want to ignore the tax dollars being used prior to the creation of FICA...
alleviating our federal tax liability and replacing it with one that collects money while people are able to earn...
The alternative is we pay for the elderly from our federal discretionary budget...The people who collect have paid nothing and those still working still foot the bill...
It is much better to collect as the are young and based their benefit on the contribution.
But the 16th Amendment allows for taxing of income...and FICA is a tax on income...The Amendment makes no mention of how collected tax is used...nor does the amendment limit the government to a singular tax...
