Eugenics, in its mildest form, means persuading blacks, Indians, Hispanics, and handicapped people from having children because, according to the eugenicists, their genes are deficient, basically the attitude of Margaret Sanger. A little stronger version calls these people inferior, and a little stronger than that is calling them degenerate.
Getting a little stronger in eugenics are those who call for governments to step in and force these people to use contraception or be sterilized. The most extreme version of eugenics is the Nazi version---gas 'em all.
Contrast this with God's command in Genesis to be fruitful and multiply. Contrast this with the Gospel message that all nations, not just lily-white nations, should be invited to join the Church.
