Donald Trump has just issued invoked the nuclear option on the Supreme Court of the United States! He told a room full of conservatives that he is ready to pull the trigger if Democrats refuse his nominee. *“If we end up with that gridlock I would say, “If you can, Mitch, go nuclear,” because that would be an absolute shame if a man of this quality was put up to that neglect.”* The nuclear option Trump is referring to is a tactic devised by the Democrats back in 2013 that would allow the Senate to change the rules of nomination from 60/100 to a simple majority. Republicans currently hold 52 seats. Of course, this option is NOT ideal. When the Democrats tried this before Republicans fought back hard to stop the tactic. It would be a shame to have to use it ourselves now. At the end of the day, however, we cannot afford to wait another 4-8 years before we get ANY Supreme Court Justices appointed. That’s just nuts. LMAO Cruz is a politician...not a Justice... 9 Scalia's would not over turn Roe v Wade... 9 Scalia's might try and over turn Marriage equality...on the basis that the 14 amendment was not specific enough...Which led to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which is not a constitutional amendment...which under the constitution leaves those issues to the state... I am pro marriage equality...but where there is a legitimate legal argument against that ruling... It will simply not change the outcome of Roe v Wade like the right THINKS it will...

I do realize certain vagaries in our society, such as Hollywood and record labels who continue to enrich certain people who 'sell their wares' advertising 'back that a** up' mentalities. Gorsuch was a good choice to replace Scalia, whom the Liberal establish murdered to swing the makeup of the court towards Liberalism--it was a coup by the Liberal establishment. This will restore the makeup of the court to what it was before Scalia was murdered. The Liberals, of course, who will fight Trump's every move, will meltdown over this, but there is nothing they can do to stop it. More than a few Conservatives voted for Trump specifically because he would restore Conservatism on the Supreme Court. If trump gets 8 years in the Presidency, he may have the opportunity to appoint as many as five supreme court judges, which will swing the court towards the literal interpretation of the Constitution. And t (the Illuminati have used the courts to violate state and individual rights by overthrowing state law and public referendums, if they cannot get their agenda through any other way, they use the Federal courts). Trump is making America great again. Judges who legislate from the bench and who take it upon themselves to amend the Constitution from the bench are guilty of violating their oath to uphold the Constitution and are guilty of treason.
