These days, Bobby, you have to be careful. Sometimes I feel it is better to date locally.
There is a lovely, quiet place that I like to go to for coffee. Afterwards, if we hit it off, when there is a car show that is also nice to attend.

An open back door where the air cooled engine is. I use to have a custom one inside and out. some years ago. I am interested in the motor home as well. I will have to ask bub about that.
I am able to drive a standard shift. In fact I prefer them.

Not really... Retirement plans died when wife did. Just drifting along now.
Still very much into Corvairs. Have 3.
The Corvair powered motor homes were "Ultra Vans". They look similar to a beached whale. There are still quite a few around. I see them for sale several times a year. They are a lightweight aluminum monocoque construction. Kind of cool.

I still do some of the vehicle maintenance but I don't have a Corvair any longer.
Now, don't laugh but I have a Buick. (Remembering you saying someone dumped you after you fixed her breaks on her Buick).

Traveled the US extensively for my job.

I lived in San Diego and San Francisco after leaving school. Quite an experience in both cities.
Like you I was fortunate enough to travel through many states in our beautiful country.
When I moved out here, I rented a truck, a trailer for my car. Then the kitty cats and I took off across country. Very enjoyable journey..

I put out holiday figurines that were made when mother was teaching ceramics. There is a pretty display of small Christmas tree lights in a tall vases that may be displayed. Very pretty. A wreath on the door is also nice.
