Not meaning any disrespect to the OP, Black -- but the pic the currently has posted looks like a similar one which the plastic surgeons took off my cousin as she was going through many, many years of reconstructive surgeries.

My cousin had her eyelids, ears, nose, and lips burned off. At different times her shoulders (opposite sides, different surgeries) we're opened up and water balloons were inserted under the skin to stretch the skin and then my cousins face/ear/lips/nose (whatever was being worked on) was surgically attached to the shoulder and the new skin (grown to lessen rejection) was grown into the area being repaired.

Having saudcall that -- OPs pic... the lips are oversized (not BOTOX or cologne) smooth and large like reconstruction before sculpting -- as is the over sized nose.
