That is pretty much how MOST(not all) women see men any way. It is unfortunate in that you over look the decent men that hide in "Plain Sight".
Maybe if women would take a chance, and ask a man that they are interested in out once in a while, they would find what they are looking for.

I am a decent man. Been divorced for a while now and have tried most sites. However getting them to even chat with you is difficult when they all tend to think is you're after only one thing. While it is true that at some point after you get to know someone and the feelings are mutual, that the subject will eventually come up or you wouldn't have been on here looking for a mate.

I would have just left my "hello" and passed by, but I do have a question I'd like you, specifically, to respond to, if you care to.
How, on a 1 dimension computer/phone monitor on an internet site can a person (any sexual orientation) make an informed decision whether, or not, another poster may be a 'person' (firstly) who may be a target if interest (secondly)?
Likewise, in the reverse, how can an observer/participant want to succumb to any 1 dimensional 'visage' on a flat-screen monitor?
People who meet and begin a relationship in the three-dimension world have a difficult enough time sustaining that relationship, wouldn't one have to be experiencing a total lapse or separation of reality to "fall for" an internet 'interest'?

On here you have to use YOUR judgement according to their typed words. The longer you exchange messages, the better you can judge, sometimes.
People are visual, so it helps to have a clear, well focused photo. That will attract someone, most of the time. Then you message, and maybe you move to phone calls.
Some times you have to just take a leap and meet someone.

Well according to MOST (not all) women there is no such thing as a decent man. According to them ALL men are nothing more than sex crazed rapist that can not control themselves.
Any decent man, is hiding at home, to avoid the modern "Feminist" and a possible "Sexual Harassment" charge for simply asking them out.
It is not worth it, women wanted EQUALITY, so let them ask men out sometime.

Yes Ive run into lots of them. But most women who say that settle for @ssholes and think that is how man should act.
They attract men like that because because if their low self esteem, they put up with that sh!t or they assuma all men areca-holes and nevet get themselves out off all that mess.
The no bra, rebel flags & boobs showing pictures tell a lot above you and who you attract.
