Here is something to do if you get bored........
Sit down on the floor in the middle of a room with lots of space.
Bring your feet together with bent knees and hold them in front of you at the toes.
Roll to one side -then onto your back -then back up on the other side.
Continue to do that and see how fast you can go.

When preparing a meal, make several at the same time.
Freeze extras for microwave heating on days when tired or short on time.
Always keep sliced cold cuts, cheeses, crackers, grapes, apples, celery, carrots, orange slices, raisins, sunflower seeds, cream cheese, peanut butter, yogurt handy for snacks.

That's what they make freezer markers for. 
Go through items, one category at a time, and check them for being out of date and dispose of them.
If you can't recognize something don't eat it discard it.
Whatever you do don't consume freezer burned foods.
