This is not a flounce exactly. I do not have plans to delete my account, as of yet. That may happen later. For now, I think I am just going to step away from lurking on here. In 2012, this place was exactly the kind of fun escape I needed because I was having severe medical issues. Off and on DH, the group had the feeling of being more like a large adopted family. Over time, the dynamics changed.
I am not sure if it was too much drama or time that did it, but that feeling has long since vanished. As sad as I am to see it go, I will not show emotion. I will simply cherish the memories of my time here and begin living in the real world gain. I wish all of you well. Many of you have my contact information. If that is the case, feel free to keep in touch at any time. Otherwise, take care Gachat.

No one can stop time ..
Time forever travels further & further into the future...evolving as it goes.
Life is just a wheel that goes round & round...old light bulbs burn out & knew ones light the way.
Good and bad comes and goes..
Like time..it turns on a wheel....some call it "The wheel of fortune."
DH has evolved into a dying star that burns dim above the herizon.
Things here have changed, because over the time of its existense life has changed along with it...many older members here have surpassed thier curiousties to what exists on the other side of these walls...and have moved on to knew planes in life.
Younger generations rarely come here , because even the online world shares bigger things than this small box of life.
The knewer generation all have snap chat, better facebook features than its earlier age.
..and there are hundreds of date sites that werent around during DH's first arrivals.
Its current population is mostly now just early DH pioneers & old school regulars....all under different user names., but the same chatty crowd, One just has to know how to reconize them, to keep up.
Ga chat definetley has become a dead fish pond.
However its still a home to me...
But even in life, im often the guy , who steps out of a room last.
Just to experience the same thoughts that your post expresses...as i stay to shut the door after all has walked out.
