Our government spends money we don't have.
At the end of the Clinton Administration, he turned over a balanced budget to George Bush.
That's right "0" deficit!
It's been growing about a trillion dollar a year avg. ever since.
Just our interest alone on our debt is about 1/2 a trillion or more these days.
Yes, Bush and Obama spent pretty heavy, I'd say.
And Trump want's to roll out a trillion dollar infrastructure bill this year and increase Military spending Bigly!
And you and me can't hardly wait Jillybodob! 
Relax, so far the Chinese only charge us 2% interest!
That's pretty cheap!
And, since we have over 20 trillion dollars sitting in Fort Knox. I think we may have to spend it to ever pay off the deficit!

I have been saying for years, "Get the fraud out of the Welfare and Medicare, Section 8 and Food Stamps.
You and I know it is out of control! I think we all know it!
But, we may not agree why it is out of control!
It is out of control, because, the systems got bigger than they can manage and there is no budget for the oversight.
Same thing goes for the IRS. No way do they have the resources to catch all the fraud anymore.
If you want to end the fraud, you have to hire someone to investigate it!

Chuck Schumer was the very first Democrat that said he wanted to work with this president the very day after the election.
Of course Trump didn't think he needed him, but, the Democrats said the first item on the list was, "Let's fix Obamacare"!
I already knew that the Republicans didn't have the vote, because they want to repeal it.
But, there are enough Republicans that want to fix Obamacare too, and with the Democrats help, it would have easily passed.
So, here we are, Round 2, and we'll see if the Repubs and Dems can put their politics aside and just fix the real problems with Healthcare costs, and Healthcare Insurance costs, like our president wants!
Now as for as the Welfare and Medicaid systems, let's make a deal to fix all of them too.
Let's get the people off of it, that don't need to be on it and put their asses back to work!

Well, Texas is a red run state, and, even though millions of millionairs love to live here, that's not what makes us a poor state.
What makes us a poor state and why so many here live below the poverty level is because we are a state with a minimum wage of only $7.20 an hour. And that is why Texas has so many job opportunities, it's because in this service economy here, a good portion of those jobs are at the minimum wage.
And we have a governor and two US Congressmen that could care less!
So yes, add Texas as a poor state! And our leaders are directly responsible for that!

'Undocumented' Immigrants Pay Billions in Taxes
A new report suggests immigrants in the country illegally provide local economies billions of dollars in tax revenue.

Immigrants illegally in the U.S. collectively contribute nearly $12 billion each year to state and local tax coffers, according to a new report that challenges recent election cycle rhetoric.
The study from the Institute on Taxation & Economic Policy found that immigrants in the U.S. without legal permission kick in their billions in the form of income, property, sales or excise taxes.
There were roughly 11 million immigrants estimated to be in the U.S. illegally as of 2013, according to the report. And each and every state collects at least a few million dollars from tax payments made by such immigrants each year, ranging from Montana's $2.2 million to California's $3.2 billion.
"Regardless of the politically contentious nature of immigration reform, the data show undocumented immigrants greatly contribute to our nation's economy, not just in labor but also with tax dollars," Meg Wiehe, the institute's state tax policy director, said in a statement last week.
The Pew Research Center recently estimated there were more than 8 million immigrants in the U.S. illegally who were either employed or looking for work in the country in 2012, representing roughly 5 percent of the domestic labor force.
A separate Pew study found that about a third of such immigrants were employed in service positions, while 15 percent worked construction and extraction jobs and another 14 percent worked in production, installation and repair professions. About 13 percent were believed to work in sales, office and administrative support roles, while another 13 percent held professional, management or business and finance positions.
The Institute on Taxation & Economic Policy's study found that individuals lacking legal permission to be in the U.S. consistently receive lower wages than their immigrant counterparts who are in the country legally, which inherently limits how much they pay in terms of income taxes. The report estimates the average income of an "undocumented family" is a little more than $30,000, well below the country's median household income of around $54,000, according to the Census Bureau.
However, when looking at the share of total income paid in taxes, the institute's report estimates the average tax rate for immigrants in the country illegally is higher than the rate paid by America's top earners.
"Undocumented immigrants' nationwide average effective tax rate is an estimated 8 percent," the report said. "To put this in perspective, the top 1 percent of taxpayers pay an average nationwide effective tax rate of just 5.4 percent."

How is 30+% fair for some people, while others pay 0%? Should those on the dole have to pay back their benefits, on top of their "Fair share", if they ever get back to work?

Dude, all I'm doing is adding a group that is always demanding "make an exception for me" that you oddly forgot in your OP. I'm just trying to help your thread by making sure that we have included the most egregious of the "make an exception for me" people in the world, American capitalists. How did my trying to help your thread turn into some fishing expedition on me. How did my trying to help your thread turn into "Bernie Sanders is a Rich Capitalist, too?"
