"Trying To Reach The
Clear Blue Sky"

Springtime breeze, certainly
touching all the early, bold,
blooming leaves, chasing
away the icy, white, cold,
winter freeze, that use to
cover up everything sighted
colored green.
Feeling the warm air gently
soothe my face, arms, legs
and to my knees, there a
sudden dare dragging all
dead dried leaves into pairs
for a pile somewhere down
a quiet dead end street,
where there I sometimes lay
to catch a nice restful
daydream.
She's the white Magnolia
flower on a tall shady tree,
blooming boldly as like I told
ya, on a long flappy green
leave.
Her color is the art that
expresses all her natural
beauty, causing a humming
bird to stop flying, dead from
a dart, hovering around the
tree above the bark,
admiring this like as if it's
own duty.
Time was well spent with all
of nature to vent with the
springtime breeze being a
part of it.
The sun shines high as I
slowly close my eyes, day
dreaming all the colors of
her natural beauty under the
sun light, like that humming
bird's duty with his sharp
looking eyes, flying high,
zig-zag moody, trying to
reach the clear blue sky.
