My husband and brother were murdered by Monsanto.

I'm talking about the Missouri chemical/pesticide company named Monsanto that sold it's product on a government contract that killed our military men and women.
The same Monsanto Company that the German company Bayer is trying to buy out.
The same Bayer-Monsanto companies that met with Donald Trump on January 11th this year about beating anti-trust complaints with a Trump Justice Department.
The same Monsanto Company who contributed to Trump's campaign.
Are we on the same page now?

Yep! My husband used Roundup here 15 years ago & as soon as I say what he was spraying - well BIG fight!
Vinegar & salt kills weeds.
For cleaning I typically use vinegar & baking soda with lemon juice. Sometimes I use bleach, but rarely.
I try to go chemical free around here.
It's a farm, so I have my occasional critters. Live traps on the big ones & unfortunately sticky traps for the occasional mouse - unless kitty gets them first. But many times she doesn't kill them - just sets them down to show me what she found. Then I put them back outside.
Stay away from chemicals! GMO food is horrible for you. Avoid them at all costs.

Fight it all you want dwwcat --- DDTs used 40 years ago (when it was banned in the US) is still affecting the environment. When the environment is affected humans are affected.
My brother and husband didn't show the effects of their exposer until about 40 years after the exposure.
You can talk to hand on this issue dew, you won't walk away unscathed.

I disagree with you Louie, as I do with DWW.
When the bald eagle was nearly wiped off the faced of the earth by Monsanto's DDTs you can never convince me that all the other environmental damage they did were more beneficial than destructive.
Contamination of the environment (plants, animals) eventually affects humans.

Zika virus is also spread by Mosquitoes.

DDT is an endocrine disruptor. That means it is harmful to humans, period. It's poison, there's no reason for it, especially when bugs become resistant and the DDT no longer works. All DDT really does is breed stronger mosquitos.

Cup is correct with her above statement about the effects not showing up for years.
One of the main reasons it was banned is because they were able to link DDT's in babies being born with severe birth defects. They found that women that were using products with this & related chemicals had a much higher probability of have babies with severe deformities.
Missing limbs or half limbs, that disease where babies were born with huge heads - forgot the term - then later, if children has no visible problems at birth they found out later it hurt their reproductive symptoms in adulthood resulting in more invetro fertilization in order to conceive.
It's now even being considered that children born today with autism may be a "trickle down" effect from grandmothers who were exposed.
It was also found to cause defects in livestock & wildlife - like the bald eagle & fish that had both male & female reproductive organs. (Birds eat fish, .....)
As Cup said, it's cancer causing & we still don't know all the effects. It may even be a contributor to dementia & Alzheimer's disease.

Let me help you a little with this.
Monsanto had (has) a government contract to spray their cancer causing DDTs anyplace mosquito breeding grounds exist.
A company is sub-contracted to load spray tanks of cancer causing DDTs aboard airplanes and fly over these areas dumping poison in wide areas on the ground.
We're you enjoying a picnic in your own backyard when these eradication flights flew over?
Did you walk outside to the mailbox when one of these eradication flights flew over?
Were you leaving the hospital with your newborn baby as one of these eradication flights flew over?
Were you holding your sweetheart's hand and walking on the beach when one of these eradication flights flew over?
