Presidents and Secretaries of states do their jobs. And 99 out of 100 times they will do what is the right thing for America, concerning foreign policy.
It may surprise some of you old fart-sniffing political hacks to know that Donald Trump will more than likely be advised to do a lot of the same things that Obama did, just like he would have done the same thing Bush would have done, just like the same thing Bill Clinton would have done, etc., etc., and etc.
The United States foreign policy does not change that much from one president to another.
Our foreign policy has more to do with the treaties of foreign nations and United Nations treaty policies.
So, go ahead, make yourself look stupid, and blame Donald Trump, Obama, Hillary. Bill Clinton, or George Bush! Have your little hissy fits, but in 99% of all worldly situations, they are going to agree on how to carry our US foreign policy.
It is something you won't even realize until you are sitting in the Oval Office as president.
You certainly can't see if from the campaign trail!

What we do know about the gas attacks on the Syrian people.
We know that our military intelligence spotted Syrian aircraft in the air and in the area of the attacks and at the time of the attacks.
We also know that autoposies have proved that either sarin gas was used or something very similar.
We also know that Putin has only ever said that he had removed 95% of the Sarin gas from Syria.
And that every time chemical weapons has been used in the past, Assad has denied it every single time!
And we also know that Putin has already backed off his intial claim that he knows for certain they Assad did not use Chemical weapons in that attack. He is now just saying that there is no proof.
But, these are the facts, and you can draw your own conclusions.
In my opinion, sure he did! And in the minds of our military leaders, based on our intelligence, pretty much proves it.
So, you can put your Hillary conspiracy theories to rest people- For heaven's sake!

But Tillerson blistered the Russians asses in a speech about them not living up to their responsibility in removing 100% of the chemicals from Syria like Putin personally said he was going to do.
And so now, Putin's wittle feelings are hurt and he is not even going to meet with Tillerson while he is in Russia this week.
This must come as a shock to Donald Trump who has said that he thought Putin was a better leader than Obama and crap.
Now Putin looks like a little snot-nosed p*ssy!
Good! Donald needed to see this!
But, Trump should be talking to Congress and us about his foreign policy, and Tillerson doesn't have any business being in Russia, till we all know what Trump's foreign policy is.

I did see a lot of quotation marks, and after reading the article in it's entirety, I still did not see Obama blaming individuals but maybe a few times.
What I read was him providing truth and answers to questions asked of him by the media.
For instance, he could have been asked, "Mr. President, in your own words, what do you feel caused the Wall Street Crisis"? Something that happened before he ever took office. Did you expect him to blame himself for that Anna? Really lady, you're something else!
Since the questions were not provided by the article you selected, I'm assuming that his answers were just stating true facts and the only way to answer the questions.

I'm not going to get too worked up about a Benghazi connection. The World knew Syria obtained chemical weapons in 1973 from Egypt and started mass producing their own in the 80's. So ever since Richard Nixon was president Syria had these chemical weapons.
