I've been separated for nearly a decade. I have no interest in dating anyone & I never "signed up" to date. Myself & 5 of my friends signed up one night while out having ccktails. We were laughing about "dating sites" in general - as they were all trying to set me up with their "friends". I said, "I'll sign up if the rest of you do it too". All 6 of us did, but only myself & 1 other friend used our real stats & pictures. (But no, I'm not dumb enough to use my real zip code - in a town of 400.) I grew up in Mpls & I used that zip code. I've made quite a few gal pals on here - obviously they are the few sane ones, who feel much like I do - that we're just not into dating anymore. Now anytime my "husband" wishes to draw up those divorce papers, I'll be more than happy to clean his clock in court (so I don't expect to be "served" anytime soon). He's got the best of both worlds. I puppy sit his dog, he fixes a toilet with his name still attached to it. There are many people who stay together for life, bickering 24/7. We simply have different addresses. And the fact that WE pay more because of a mortgage AND rent is no ones business but ours. If I were schtooping someone new every other weekend, my "estranged husband" would not continue to have a key. I allow him to have a key because I have animals & if anything were to happen to me (on the job or a car accident) he'd be the first person I'd call to step in & handle things. Jilly, Jilly, Jilly. Someday when you grow up, you just may need to make some "grown up" decisions too. And the fact that I know how to "keep my pants on" makes how I lead my life perfectly legal - both under state laws AND for any of you bible bangers who judge me while you're schtooping your Pastor. This just cracks me up every single time you righties claim* to want smaller government, yet you want to jump in & assign Marshalls to patrol people's personal lives.
