The Bible speaks of three heavens.
CLV 2C 12:2 I am acquainted with a man in Christ, fourteen years before this, (whether in a body I am not aware, or outside of the body, I am not aware--God is aware) such a one was snatched away to the third heaven.
Jesus told us that heaven will pass away...
CLV Mt 5:18 For verily, I am saying to you, Till heaven and earth should be passing by, one iota or one serif may by no means be passing by from the law till all should be occurring.
But "heaven" had already been destroyed once by then.
CLV Gn 6:7 And saying is Yahweh Elohim, "Wipe will I the humanity, which I have created, off the surface of the ground, from human unto beast, and unto the moving animal, and unto the flyer of the heavens, for I regret that I have made them."
The Heaven that exists today, and back when Jesus was here, is the second Heaven. And the third Heaven is called the New Heaven...
CLV Re 21:1 And I perceived a new heaven and a new earth, for the former heaven and the former earth pass away, and the sea is not more.
This Heaven comes AFTER the Millennium.
If you are going to Heaven now soon, your Heaven will be destroyed.
But what is Heaven?
_____Strong's_____
G3772 ouranos oo-ran-os'
perhaps from the same as G3735 (through the idea of elevation);
the sky; by extension, heaven (as the abode of God); by implication, happiness, power, eternity; specially, the Gospel (Christianity).
No doubt there will be those who will try to alter this meaning based on their own beliefs.
The Keyword Concordance defines "heaven" as...
What is seen when looking up. In the singular it seems to be confined to the sky or gaseous envelope of the Earth (Matt. 16:1). In the plural it includes the three gaseous layers above the Earth (Gen. 1:1, Col. 1:16). Idiomatically shy (Luke 12:56).
Literally translated it means "look up."
