The prophet Samuel, when brought up momentarily from Sheol [in the compartment called paradise aka the garden of God aka Gan Eden aka Abraham's bosom aka abode of bliss, etc.] had a spiritual 'form' when his soul/spirit were made visible in the invisible spiritual realm.
It would be hypocritical of this guy to even use the word 'sheol' as it does not show up in the KJV. The Hebrew term 'sheol' is used 9 times in the OT, but not once in the KJV. It is disguised as "hell," "grave," and "pit." "pit" is also used for the Hebrew term 'bowr' which is normally translated as "crypt, except in the KJV where it is translated as "pit."
So this guy has found some of the flaws in the KJV, yet berates me for publishing said flaws.
A true hypocrite.
This part is based on 1 Samuel 28:7-20...
CLV 1Sa 28:9 And the woman said unto him, `Lo, you have known that which Saul has done, that he has cut off those having familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land; and why are you laying a snare for my soul--to put me to death?'
"a snare for his soul" is another way of saying it is a trap to kill me. This is repeated when He says, "to put me to death?"
CLV 1Sa 28:15 And Samuel said unto Saul, `Why have you troubled me, to bring me up?' And Saul said, `I have great distress, and the Philistines are fighting against me, Elohim has turned aside from me, and has not answered me any more, either by the hand of the prophets, or by dreams; and I call for you to let me know what I do.'
Samuel was brought up from death, not "hell." Israel believed that judgment happened after the Resurrection, not before. Therefore no one would have been judged or sent to their "eternal" reward, whatever it is.
had a spiritual 'form' when his soul/spirit were made visible in the invisible spiritual realm. He was recognizable, even without his former mortal body. He was not sleeping but resting. There is a difference.
There is no mention in the Scriptures of Samuel having a "spiritual form." Neither the word "soul" or "spirit" is used in this text. And there is no distinction made between "resting" and "sleeping."
So this guy's continued effort to undermine the Scriptures with his own lack of understanding seems to be in full swing.
CLV Ec 9:5 For the living know that they shall die, But the dead know nothing whatsoever; There is no further hire for them; Indeed remembrance of them is forgotten.
CLV Isa 38:18 For the unseen is not acclaiming You, nor is death praising You, and those descending into a crypt are not looking forward to Your truth.
CLV Ps 31:17 O Yahweh, do not let me be ashamed, For I have called out to You. Let the wicked be ashamed; Let them be still in the unseen
It is entirely possible that this was some kind of show put on for the benefit of the King of Israel. The dead do not rise without their body like Jesus did with Lazarus and like Elijah did.
This guy has an active imagination and doesn't follow the Scriptures very closely.
And again those below were conscious, communicating souls/spirits existing in the spiritual realm & aware of what had happened to them & yearning for the justice & judgment of God upon those who had murdered them. How much time in the Gehenna of fire aka the Lake of fire aka the SECOND Death is needed to avenge the murder of someone?
First off there is NO evidence to support his theory that 'gehenna' is the Lake of Fire. None. Nada. Zip.
In my thread...
Fire is not 'hell'
https://DateHookup.dating/thread-737305.htm
I have listed 10 different events where God uses fire. But no one here had distinguished any of these from the Lake of Fire, or it's false presumption that it might be 'gehenna.'
What makes these 10 events different from the Lake of Fire? Why is the Lake of Fire 'gehenna' and not these other 10 events?
But alas, there is no answer.
Perhaps there is no explanation. No reason why'gehenna' can be called the Lake of Fire.
Perhaps 'gehenna' is not called the Lake of fire. Perhaps it was only made up by this one guy.
Perhaps he is delusional.

From "Exodus 20;16 , Catholics Are Exempt ?"
The Lord brought to mind to me as I was writing this where I did a general summary of a quote of Mr. A.E. Knoch--pointed out by a certain poster on here--where I summarized him as saying in effect & put a portion in caps: "A.E. Knoch effectively said Jesus' teachings were 'a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.' " What he actually said was: 'A PRACTICAL DISAPPOINT.' It didn't change the meaning of what Mr. Knoch was saying but I summarized what he said as great vs practical. I was wrong. I admit I misquoted him on one word, even though it didn't change the meaning of his false teaching. The following quote of 'BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT' in caps that I wrote WAS ACCURATE as I showed in A.E. Knoch's full quote.
OMG! What a BS artist. I have to give him credit for that.
The phrase I quoted from this guy was none of these...
It was not "a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT."
It was not "A PRACTICAL DISAPPOINT."
It was not "BITTER DISAPPOINTMENT."
And most of all, it was not "ACCURATE."
He quotes Mr. Knoch on his definition of being spiritually born again & shows what I already posted--being born again by the Spirit of God is not for Christians until the millenium & that message was for the Jews & the good news was REALLY BAD NEWS & DISAPPOINTING.
From "A question for those who do not believe in Hell."
https://DateHookup.dating/thread-1467999.htm
We call that exaggerating. It means to...
"represent (something) as being larger, greater, better, or worse than it really is."
It is NOT what A. E. Knoch said, as this guy claims.
Oh yeah. Jesus didn't say you can not kill the soul.
So when Jesus says you 'CANNOT KILL THE SOUL,' He means exactly that. When you die physically, your body goes back to dust but the soul can't be killed, it continues to exist after mortal death.
Wrong again.
