Good questions Xman. What I fear more than foreign terrorists are the attacks that we had this week on our politicians. I believe, if we don't cool the engines with our political rhetoric as responsible individuals, these types of assaults are going to start rearing it's ugly head more often. Right now, there are groups forming to stage protests and exercise their 1st amendment rights, while other nefarious groups are forming to inflict violence on the protestors and take law into their own hands to stamp them out. It's going to get ugly.

Perception and clarity to that which is right and that which is wrong. Taking guns out of the picture would only exasperate the problem which currently exist. To try and take guns away or make obtaining them (legally) more difficult would ONLY make the blood shed and death multiply. Any reasonable person would understand this simple truth. People need a heart transplant on a spiritual level on a positive level not carnal level. Be you transformed by the renewal of your mind and heart. Guns ARE NOT the problem.
