Illegals have been known to naively believe that are allowed to vote because it asks if they would like to register on the DMV driver license application. I could see how they might think that. And then if asked, "admit" they voted. Because they did it innocemtly not millions and millions though.
I won't say intentionally or unintentionally, but I would bet the numbers are very high.

A lot of people who make their living off of getting the rest of us into a tizzy over non-events (i.e. news media types) are trying to make out that this ONE little county in Georgia's decision to elect a Republican again, having done so over and over and over again, means... anything at all, other than that there are a lot of Republicans in that county in Georgia. But it's actually meaningless.
Perhaps we COULD take it as continuing proof that a large part of the News Media are caught up in a fantasy that they know more about what's going on than the rest of us do, despite having predicted more elections wrong than right, lately.
But this little race doesn't prove that Trump is doing well or poorly, it doesn't prove that Democrats are going to win back the House or Senate next year, it doesn't mean that they wont. It just means that a long Republican district is still Republican. The candidates involved didn't run on national issues, they ran on local ones, and those local issues in Georgia don't reflect anything nationally.
So who cares?

Spending money in this district along with one of the most corrupt state election systems is important.
There, voters can vote in either parties primaries. Republicans spend a lot of money supporting weak democrats and get democrats to vote for them and spend money telling republicans to go to democratic primaries to vote for the weak candidates. Essentially disenfranching the democratic vote.
There is a great documentary on the corruption down there on many tactics to suppress the black vote.

“Let me ask you one more question on this, if there was a turn-out effect from the bad weather today in the district, does that have any partisan implications that you could foresee in terms of what was expected for same-day, election-day voting?” Maddow asked MSNBC correspondent Steve Kornacki.
“Yes, potentially,” he said. “They’re have been anecdotal reports that the turnout in DeKalb […] this is the democratic heart of [the district], this is where if you’re Ossoff you want to be getting 60, 61, 62 percent of the vote.”

Student headed to prison for registering dead voters for Democrats
A man paid to register Virginia voters prior to the 2016 Presidential Election will spend at least 100 days in prison for submitting the names of deceased individuals to the Registrar’s Office.
James Madison University student, Andrew J. Spieles, 21, of Harrisonburg, Virginia, pled guilty Monday in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. As part of the plea agreement, Spieles agreed to a prison sentence of 100 to 120 days.
