Shrugs.....there's not much in it and I'm not sure how many will believe that your just here for some conversation, especially since you stated that your not that good at it.
I see that as a precautionary measure on your part, perhaps because you feel you have rushed into things before.
I see no consistency in your pictures as for what you look like....but you look nice.
If that is all your here for, then its a good basic profile....but those things you listed that you like...so does everyone else...so in reality, you didn't say that much.

^ If I was a man reading this, I would think: 'Hmmm, so you love adventures - but whenever you're bored you sit on the computer to log in to this crappy dating site? I would think a woman who loves adventure would actually have make an adventure of actually going out and finding a real conversation.' But that's just me - and I woman, so I doubt men think of things that deeply lol.
Why not state what you're looking for in a relationship and be specific - saying you love to laugh....well, as opposed to what? Loving to sob into your beer lol?
After stating what you're looking for - you should also claim what you can offer / contribute to a relationship. That way, you don't look demanding.

Well...you changed it to loving doing all these exciting activities....then go on to say that you have three kids and all these things you have to do related to that and work and everything else.
a person is going to read that and think....okay, if that's the case, then how are you going to ever find the time to do all these exciting things.

Op....I hate to say it, but having 3 kids is going to stifle most from responding....don't get me wrong, kids are cool...but any guys knows he will be at the bottom of the totem pole forever, yet be expected to treat you like the best thing in his life...and that just doesn't work out for the long haul.
and then a guy would never know if your feelings are real and that he just isn't being taken for a ride, and many if they want to have kids, want them from their own genes.
Its just how it is.

Well I feel honesty is the best policy. If there is no one interested then I suppose then that will be that. I would rather be up front. I love my sons and I'm not hiding that to get a date haha. But thanks for your honesty and input!

and op...I didn't mean that no guys would be interested.
I think my point was more on the side of many people list all these things they like to do. Then the reality of it is....few have that much time to do these things.
a problem in our busy world these days.
But, there is another point too and I don't see where it appears enough women realize this.
I don't think that when it comes to love and everything that surrounds it, the emotions, desires and needs that from a natural standpoint......... that men and women are really any different in these aspects. It just appears that way, because of social conditioning to bring up the genders into the prototypical appearances of what a male and female should be...according to whatever.
Everyone who is in love and is told they are loved by the other....wants to feel like they are the most important thing to that other person....that's a human trait...not a gender trait only in women.
Everyone wants to feel like they are attractive to the other person, and that this person desires them and etc....they all someone to show them this thru aggression....these are simply "human trait'....and that it comes naturally, spontaneously, not just when its convenient for the other and the real deal is....they were seeking that from him.
I really do think, that most women don't realize this about men.
The point being, that if a woman has a really busy life and kids....its doubtful that he is going to be able to feel these things from her very often.....yet, most women expect it from him, whenever they have the need.
and that is a recipe for eventual disaster.
