Well I told him I can't meet up today (like he wanted).

I don't have time to read what everyone else said, so pardon if I am repeating.
The thing about people who say they "have a high sex drive" is, that it can mean all sorts of different things.
Some guys mean "Expect to have sex three times a day or more."
Some mean "I plan on having sex with your sister, your cousins, your mother if she's alive, your dog, and any small holes in the walls or fences near where you live."
Some really mean, that they have a WEIRD or fetish-based sexual hunger, which they will pretend means you have a low sex drive, if you don't like it.
Some say it because they have a normal sex drive, but their ex couldn't deal with their moodiness, or didn't want to have sex spontaneously at any moment (though not necessarily all that often).
I had a bad time with someone, for example, who claimed to have a high sex drive, but who had so many technical specifications about when and where and how and after how many gifts, and on and on, it turned out what she really meant was that she had a high need to criticize who she was having sex with occasionally.
So my answer is, you wont know what he REALLY means by that, until you've been with him for a while.

How so?
I'm a receptive person, as well as a human lie-detector. While I can get blindsided with bullshit at times, I eventually discover the truth of everything(except with her somehow).
My natural empathy can tell me everything I need to know about a person, very quickly. It is not only a common trait of children, that grow up in larger families, it is a very standard trait to Scorpio, Cancer, and Pisces.
I can say she is not a product of her environment(last I knew, she still hasn't wound up a single mother like 99.9% of all other females in our area at her age), and she has an excellent sense of work ethic, too.
She can show a very sincere and caring side of her. I could tell by her body language and questions towards me, that she had an interest in me(obviously not now). And her body language showed me that she did actually like me.
I have seen how she treats her friends(which is usually better than some of them have treated her in the past).
I would speculate her personality is an ESFJ(much like my own, which wouldn't be surprising since she is a Scorpio as well). ESFJ's are often referred to the profile of "The Caregiver", and tend to genuinely be very selfless in their actions, which makes us easy targets to be taken advantage of. It is estimated that approximately 14%(or 1 in 7 people) of the world's population are under the ESFJ personality.
Trust me. My gut knows she is a "diamond in the rough", and if she wasn't, I wouldn't be beating myself into borderline insanity at the fact that I lost her once already, with minimal to zero chance of ever seeing her again, much less reconciling our differences, and I most definitely have better odds of being struck by lightning twice in the same lifetime than ever actually being with her ever again.......
Now, if you don't mind, I would appreciate it if you could stop prying me about this. It is bad enough I can't sleep at night, because I am thinking about her, or even stay focused at work sometimes, because when I am idle, my mind defaults to her.
Asking me about her is not helping me anymore, either.
