I've always lived on the Canadian border....
Years ago the customs started asking
[usually when i was driving an older car]
Have you ever been before a Judge?
...."Well" i would say, "i've been divorced twice"
"For anything else monsour?" would be there reply.
Dang...if i hadn't been a 'bad boy' when i was younger
and i explaned...and they would always say
"just this one time monsour"....so in i'd go.
Last week i drove through Maine up to the New Brunswick border
and as i was going through customs the officer pulled me over....
and sent me inside where i was baraged with questions.
...why i was going into Canada....who i was visiting....
if i had ever been arrested....and if i had ever been refused entry....
[which i answeard no...]woops it seems i had a few years back....
bottom line they would not let me in ....
and read me the 'riot act'...
moral is what you do today
you'll have to pay for tommarrow
and the day after
