Eat quickly? How about lemon juice? That is the old fashioned remedy for fruit salads, and I have see a PRODUCT
made just for preventing browning of fruit in gourmet stores, or try on line. I recall that once I was serving a
fancy fruit salad and I bought some.

Am recalling more... it is called Fruit Fresh, Ever Fresh, something like that, and is sold where the pectin is sold. I
have used it in freezer peach jam, too.

Alice, right again. Fruit Fresh works wonderfully. Lemon juice is great, but for freezing, I think FF would be best.
