I am really interested in moving to the Virgin Islands in a couple of years. Right now I am doing some research and trying to get as much information as possible. I was
there years ago and always felt like I could live there someday and that day has come. I'm trying to find people who live, have lived, or have been there to help with my journey. If anyone would like to post information, pro or con, I would be grateful. Thanks and may everyone follow there dreams.

Hiya not so distant one.
I`ve been doing my homework mainly on Mexico, then Belize, Panama possibly. I learned
early on in my travels most of the islands are extremely expensive to live on do
to the fact everything has to be shipped in. I went to the Bahamas about 10 yrs.
ago and bought a 6 pack of Miller Lite for $9 dollars, been going to Mexico ever
since
One off the wall place I found interesting information is on Craigslist/Caribbean.
They have rentals, shared housing, jobs, even personals which you might be a tad
wary about but you never know.
You shouldn`t ever be worried about the language barrier of other countries.
As long as you learn please and thank-you and put out a big ol sincere smile
people all over the world are always willing to help.
Would enjoy hearing how things are working out for you. My best to you...jood...
