What a great week/end!! Spent time with kids.. a couple of times each! Got to stay overnight at Yankton camping! Moon was beautiful bouncing off the Lake last night when we went for a walk! Went sight seeing this morning and When mom and I got home and kids got back from Las Vegas.. They dropped by and showed us Vegas pictures and another picture that gave me a surprise that made me SMILE, cry, and feel all giddy again! And if it all works out.. Im positive there will be Lots of smile's later!! Cant say no more!

I've been smiling all day... reliving the moment..
I(WE ALL) have been patiently(or not so) waiting for God's timing! They came through the store last Tue. after a Dr. appointment. I asked if they had any news.. "Things are progressing".. tests wise I figured! I've learned Not to push the issue.. Cuz its been a long hard trip and anticipation hurts some times.. Plus they said they wouldnt tell me at work anyway! Why? I could squeel there just as well as anywhere! But I just figured it wasn't time yet! When they got back from Las Vegas.. they developed a few pictures and as I went through them.. one by one not realizing they were watching and waiting.. and the second to the last picture was a ultra sound picture! My mouth must have dropped and I just looked up and said.. Really?? She shook her head yeah!! And I started crying/laughing afraid to believe it could be time! The one picture was just a mulberry sized blob.. but that blob has a heartbeat of 114 bpm. The other picture showed that blob with a clear sack attatched.. It looked like a dimond ring on the picture! Precious already! God Please Help me be a Good Grandma!!

Is that even possible?? I sat with my hand on my stomach constantly to feel the movements! Have you Ever tried sewing coveralls for a job ..one handed?? Lord, I hope I have more patience with grandkids than I had with my own Noise wise!!

Amen! Oh I can tell family and actually whomever I want.. It just cant get back to her employer yet! She wants to get through the first trimester first! To many things can happen yet!
SMILE.. IT Was a beautiful day today!! I went to work early because I couldnt remember what time I was supposed to be there!(Never the same schedule!) Then it turned out I was supposed to be 10-4.. As I left to come back in a hour my boss told me to make it 11 to cut hours for payroll! SO I went to the other side of town.. and went to 4 thrift stores I dont get to often.. Then back to the work side of town for 1 more thrift store and a rummage.. and made it to work on time and only spent .27 cents! Then my whole 5 hours work went well!! And Last but not least!! My garage door worked when I got home!(my son adjusted it for me last night!) Aint God Good?

My grandson piched oat bundels into the seperator as they threashed, he also piched hay into the baler to make bales and he piched the hay forward in the hayrack as they loaded hay from windrows with a hayloadiing machine. Then he got to drive a 1934 John Deere A Tractor. Was I smileing? you bet I was!! Remeber he is 9 and got memories for life.
No pictures of my Sandwich horse power grinder yet.
I think it was the 1st one anyone their yesterday has ever seen.
Din't have a horse to demonstraie it either and even I would like to see it in operation sometime? I think when I do it will likely be pulled by a 4 wheeler

Well I had asked for the 4th off so I could go to Lifelight festival.. and They scheduled me to work because both my imeadiate co workers had asked for it off too! So I talked to my boss Sat. and we comprimised that I would work 8-1 to help cover the store.. and then still get to go to Masters Voice in the afternoon! ANYWAY today I got called to the office and asked if I would want to switch with a co-worker on the other end of the store.. she needs the next sat. off.. So she will work this Saterday for me and I will work hers! Did I want to do that?? Well that's a no brainer!! SMILE! How does God do that All the time??

Now thats funny! Ya want me to call you so they do it again? Did you let them talk? Do rabbits make any kind of noise unless you are sqeezing them to tight? I dont remember our pet rabbits making much noise!
Smile: I woke up this morning and am able to go to work! But its gonna be a long one as our dept manager is on vaca and it will take 2 of us alot longer to price her part of the order! But I plan on surviving anyway!

Just got confirmation that I can rent the two bedroom apartment in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
I know the rest of you love the cool weather here in the Dakotas, and the frozen sunshine that comes with the gentle breezes of 40 mph.
But if you want to force yourselves to come visit, and endure long hot sunny days with nothing to do but walk on the beach and sit in the shade, feel free to come be miserable with me.

I was heading to the hospital and I stopped at my mailbox.. and this was the first morning my morning glories had blossomed! They don't get much sun there so are way late... but better late than never! And then my daughters surgery went well! Smile through the tears that she is OK!

Went to Lifelight festival today for Masters Voice Quartet.. Parked my car in the sea of other cars.. Rode the people mover as far as we could! Great music and even found my car back! Thank God for the words I have on my back window because I saw those from many rows away standing up looking from the people mover! They had not taken the same loop as when they picked us up! But I made sure to take notice of the 2 silo's and how my car was placed in conjunction with them!

We went and spent the day at Lake Vermillion with little sisters family and 3 sets of cousins!! It was a bit windy.. but still really beautiful to be out there! Had Pie Eye's for the first time!! MMM Good!

Had two nine year old boys come over and ask to treasure hunt. They found lots of stuff they wanted to drag home. But they settled for a couple of things, that they had to wire brush and clean up before I would let them take them home (with parent permission). I had them wire brush and sand down one metal lawn chair each in payment. They sanded about an hour.
One of the Dads picked them up, and thanked me for putting up with them. Anyway they asked if they could come back and help me with something else!

Nope.. Not laughing!! I taken more of a road trip for less before! Now if you really want to be blessed.. Take a road trip to Nora, SD Population 1 and some cats..(Used to be 5 but 4 moved) Thanksgiving weekend and maybe the next one.. for the best Christmas kick off I've ever seen(I've gone maybe 12years so far) and several years I went several times because I only lived 2 miles away! An old country store with a pipe organ that Mike put up there, player piano, and a baby grand, played by Mike or whomever wants to, And an old fashioned sing along with lots of "Its a God thing" stories of how the event came about! All around a pot belly wood stove to keep the place warm! And the Rosini'ites furnish coffee and cookies and cider! But Im warning you!! Most years/times its packed like sardines but What a Blessing! There that made me SMILE! Big Time! Nora is half way between Sioux Falls and Sioux City about 4 miles East of I-29!

My Mom called me early this morning!! First time since her stroke! She said.."You have to dial All the numbers!" She must have tried several times!! What a surprise! Even though she said she needed to go to the Dr.. And we did! She's upstairs at my house now.. napping.. then we are going running for a bit more! God is SO GooD! She knew I had today off instead of my older sister!

I have a bad habit of leaving the doors open, if I am just going into the house to get something and plan on coming right back out. Today I left the door open, just going in to grab a square from the room down the hall. Grabbed the square and started back down the hall. A rabbit had followed me into the house, and when he saw me starting back towards him/her (not sure, I respect its privacy), stood up on its hind legs and started washing its face. I must have stood there talking to it for about 3 minutes before it turned around and hopped out the door. They are so cute!

Are you keeping a journal or writing a book about all of these events? Ya know you should be!! I always said I should of with all the things the kids did.. And I never did that either. I wrote an entry of getting ready for Melissa's first day of school.. and she read it after she had grown and wished I had written more!
Smile: It was a great day with mom and church dedication.. I called my son to start the chicken so I could make his favorite salad when I got home.. And he had mowed the yard.. I can't even tell you how bad it Needed it! Once in a while he can still surprise me!

u lucky bugger i left the garage door open when i went to ck the cows earler this summer when i came backparked the truck shut the door and was sitting at my dest and heard a odd noise here i had shut a skunk in the garage and he was lookn at me through the pato doorsand he wouldnt leave so i could open the door and hit the garage door opener so after a few mins i backed off and went and got the gun came back he was at the far door so i opened the door and he went outside
never smelled up the garage but he will not be coming back

Sunday I left the garage door open, and a few hours later went to get something, and spooked up two young does, it was hot out, and They went into sleep where it was cool (dirt floor)!

Grilled my son and I 2 home raised T-bone's that my kids raised(Poor Sloppy Joe!).. and had a salad and pie eye's for supper. Yumm And my dog LOVED the bone I let her have(a rare treat! She chewed on it for 3 hours straight!).

Mom and I went to Mitchell yesterday AND today to watch the Polka festival at the Corn Palace! We picked up an old friend of moms there that loves to watch them too! Lots of good dancers and 3 good polka bands! Only thing better.. is if I could have been out there too and not looked stupid! Maybe someday! But for now we were only spectators(ie.. free entertainment for 2 afternoons), the dancers had to pay!

Was 40 something for the longest time today. Did make it up to the 60's by 5pm.

hauled a load of sheep and a loma to chester sd today
got a load of calves from utha yesterday they sure a bunch of babies but r sure nice calves and so healthy makes me smile big
