ive always believed in my heart that animals... go to heaven when they die ive always believed that so i will be looking forward seeing my dogs. that have passed

OMG...it just dawned on me that if animals go to heaven and I get to be with them, I'm gonna be surrounded by 4 cats, 4 dogs, a few hamsters & birds, a lamb, a cow or two (although they might be Mad Cows 'cuz they became dinner) and a couple of horses. I don't even want to know what happened to the countless fish and water frogs. I'm gettin' a very bad vision of heaven here....I was really hopin' for a comfy lounge chair with someone feedin' me grapes. lol

Absolutely! They grieve,love,suffer disappointment,have a sence of humor,loyalty,fairness and danger. Look into the eyes of an animal that lives to make you happy and asks nothing in return and you know there is a little four legged soul in there.

I don't believe that animals go to heaven. Altough I would like to believe that they do. I watch the 700 club, and they sent me a video about animals going to heaven or not. They teach that they do not, because animals minds aren't developed enough to be held accountable for their actions or reactions. If you believe they go to heaven, then wouldn't you believe some would also go to hell? I love my dog and my past pets, but I don't believe that I will see them in heaven.

I believe pets go to heaven when they die. They become an integral part of the family when they are alive, and I think they go to heaven when they die. If you have ever seen, and believe, John Edward, the psychic medium, he is also able to bring pets through when he does readings...yes, I believe him.
If you believe they go to heaven, then wouldn't you believe some would also go to hell?
sure, if I believed in hell in the first place...

Is there room in heaven for my rats they loved me too and always came and sat on my lap when I let them out to play. They would close their eyes when I rubbed them. And when they were afraid they would run to me and up on my shoulder.

Jojo,just a queation? How can you believe in heaven and hell? Do you think everyone goes to heaven no matter what? Do you believe in Christainity or some other religion? Because if you believe in Christianity, how can you only pick and choose the parts in which to believe?

I know that a lot of religions teach that it is not possible for pets or your animal friends to go to heaven. I don't know if any of you have ever listened to Silvia Browne or read her books, but she does have a church and her religion does believe that animals to to heaven. I prefer to believe that a loving God, has our animal friend there to meet and greet us, because that kind of happiness is hard to come by anywhere, earth or the beyond. What kind of loving, perfect God, sends his children to fires of eternal damnation and hell? I think, not mine! Therefore, animals will be there waiting for us or sent after us.
